Cooking salad with sausages:

Boil potatoes in their skins. In order not to boil, add 1 tsp to the water lemon juice or ordinary vinegar, salt the water. When cooked, remove the potatoes from the pan, let cool well. The tubers should be elastic, in no case, not boiled soft. When cool, peel them and cut into neat slices. Put in a salad bowl.

Cut the sausages into circles, fry in vegetable oil until browned. Fry over low heat, stirring occasionally so that the sausages do not burn, but reveal all their flavor and aroma. Remove the fried pieces with a slotted spoon, put on a dish, which is covered with a paper towel.

Cut the cucumbers in half, and then cover each half with small cubes. Cut the onion into thin half rings.

This dish is prepared without sausages, but always with the addition of pickled cucumbers. For this recipe prepare products: 6 small potatoes, 3 pickled cucumbers, 1 small green apple or half of it.

Still need: half an onion, a few feathers of green chives (if not, take leeks or regular green onion), 1 tbsp mustard (whatever you like), a quarter cup of pickle brine, a clove of garlic, ground pepper.

Cooking:

In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, brine, crushed garlic, pepper and mustard. Cut the onion into thin half rings, put in the resulting mixture, leave for half an hour.

Boil, peel and cut the potatoes, as we described in the previous recipe. Put on a dish. Cut the apple and cucumber into small thin slices, put on separate plates.

Take a salad bowl, lay the prepared ingredients in layers: potatoes - onions from a bowl of marinade - apple slices - cucumber slices. The last top layer should be from potatoes. When the layers are stacked, evenly pour the salad with the marinade.

Remove to cold. The longer it sits in the fridge, the tastier it will be. Leave it there for at least a couple of hours, and even better, eight hours. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives before serving.

With potatoes and pickled herring

We need products: 6 medium-sized potatoes, a small pickled herring (fillet), 100 g of high-quality non-fat ham, 2 pickles, a small green apple with sour taste.

Still need to prepare: a small bunch of green onions, finely chopped parsley, 2 tbsp chopped nucleoli walnut, 1 tsp ground ginger, 200 g sour cream, salt (if necessary), ground pepper, 1 tbsp wine or apple cider vinegar.

Cooking:

Boil potatoes, cut, as we told earlier. Put in a salad bowl.

Now let's prepare the dressing: put sour cream, vinegar, finely chopped green onions into the blender bowl. Salt, pepper, add chopped nuts and ground ginger. Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
