The package in which you bought the coffee. It does not allow air and external odors to pass through. The valve in it is needed to remove the gas that coffee releases after roasting.

When the coffee becomes smaller, twist the bag. You will remove excess air and reduce coffee oxidation. Close the bag tightly, for example, with a clerical clip.

Ceramic, glass or tin can

Put the coffee in an opaque jar. Place coffee in a transparent jar in a dark place.

Storage rules:

  • Pack your coffee in a tight, opaque container. Remove (squeeze out) the air. If you bought coffee, then additionally wrap it in cling film
  • Coffee cannot be taken out of the freezer. If you need a portion of the coffee, divide the coffee into portions before freezing and pack them separately.
  • Take the coffee out of the freezer and let it warm up to room temperature. Lay the coffee out on a towel to prevent condensation from forming. As soon as the coffee is hot, collect it in a jar and close the lid.
  • Do not store coffee for more than two months!
  • Do not freeze thawed coffee!
