Recipe for Ribs in Honey Mustard Sauce

It would seem that such a simple recipe, but mine like these ribs, with honey and mustard, most of all. The aroma while they are cooking is indescribable.

We take:

  • Three large spoons of mustard

  • A spoonful of soy sauce

In winter, you especially want something hot, spicy from the fire. But barbecue ribs are very easy to cook in the oven. Absolutely nothing complicated.

We will take:

  • Kilo ribs
  • Prepared barbecue sauce
  • Tabasco sauce of your choice
  • oregano
  • Salt

Cooking process:

Rub the ribs with salt, pre-preparing them. Next, mix the BBQ and Tabasco sauces, be careful with the latter, it adds spice. We are not shy, we coat the portioned pieces and put them in a container, put them in a cool place for six hours.
