How to cook honey tomatoes for the winter

We wash the tomatoes. It is better to take fruits not too large, so that without special efforts put it out of the container and then remove it from there. We sterilize jars in your favorite way. This can be done with steam, and in the oven, and even in microwave oven. Evaporate sealed lids in boiling water. Now in each of the clean, dry jars we put the peeled garlic (in its entirety), dill branches and small rings of hot pepper. If you are not a fan of too spicy, you can skip this step.

Now pour boiling water into the jars to cover the tomatoes and leave for half an hour.

Put pre-washed tomatoes in well-washed jars. We put them in the bank like this: we will put the largest specimens at the bottom, and then - as they decrease. To do this, we boil 4 liters of water, pour boiling water into jars (pouring in the center of the jar) and cover them with sterile lids. We do not drain the remaining water in the pan, as the recipe is based on the amount of water , and not on the number of cans. When you can take the jar, carefully pour the water into the pan with the remaining water (we try not to open the jar of tomatoes completely), put the pan on the fire, add honey, sugar and salt, let it boil.
