Take:

  • red chilli pepper - 1 kg
  • garlic - 1 kg
  • salt - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • ground coriander - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • hops-suneli - 2 tbsp. spoons

We twist pepper and garlic in a meat grinder with a fine grate, add salt, coriander and suneli hops to the resulting mixture. The amount of salt can be even more, adjika should turn out very salty. Ingredients:

  • walnuts - 1 cup
