This banana bread is delicious. This is a great light breakfast lovely dessert. Your creation will appeal to kids and adults, be sure!

They are best combined with condensed milk, melted dark chocolate, natural honey and any jam.

To create delicious pastries, I will take: 2 ripe bananas, 1 chicken egg, 1 full glass of fresh kefir, 1.5 from a glass of premium wheat flour, ½ salt or to taste, up to 3 tablespoons of white sugar, ½ teaspoon of baking soda and vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking pancakes on fresh curdled milk:

  1. I start by peeling the fruit and cutting them into small circles.
  2. Then I transfer them to a blender, add chicken eggs to them and beat everything until the mass becomes homogeneous.
  3. I take a comfortable and deep bowl, pour the mixture there. Salt and add brown sugar.
  4. The next step is to add kefir, mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Gently, in parts (on a spoon), I pour out the wheat flour, not forgetting to mix it constantly. The dough on yogurt in appearance and consistency should resemble thick sour cream without lumps and extra bumps.
  6. Before baking, I heat the pan by pouring a little vegetable oil on its bottom.
  7. It is recommended to spread the dough with a spoon, as if shaking it off.
  8. The resulting pleasant blush and appetizing aroma will serve as a sign of readiness.

  • It is extremely important to pay special attention to the choice of wheat flour. It is clear that it must be good and of high quality. In addition, it is advised to sift it two times exactly - so, it is enough to be enriched with oxygen. Thanks to this, pancakes are so lush, pleasant and soft.
