Combine melted butter with sugar and rub. Add eggs, mix well. If desired, you can speed up the process by whipping the contents with a blender. Add starch to the dough. It will give our waffles a characteristic crunch and sandiness. Then add flour. Mix well or beat with a blender. The consistency of the dough should be sparse, resembling sour cream in similarity.

Now we are ready for the most important stage, we will bake waffles. By this time, our dough is ready, the waffle iron is warmed up. Pour 1 tbsp into the waffle iron. l. test. We bake until golden brown. If desired, they can be eaten with jam, honey or condensed milk.

7. WAFERS WITH MILK

INGREDIENTS:
● 0.5 l milk
● 1/2 pack of margarine
● 1 egg
● 250 g of sugar (I take less - somewhere around 200 g)
● vanillin
● Melt the margarine.

COOKING:
Add egg, sugar, vanillin, mix with a mixer. Then there is a trick: to make the dough without lumps, I first add flour and stir, and then add milk a little bit.
If the dough becomes liquid - again flour, diluted with milk. And so, until about 0.5 liters of milk are used up. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream (but not rustic, where the spoon is).

8. WAFERS ON CONDENSED WHITE

INGREDIENTS:
● margarine 200 g;
● condensed milk 1 bank;
● eggs 2 pcs;
● starch 1 glass;
