Homemade waffles recipe for a margarine waffle iron. Dough for an electric Soviet waffle iron: a recipe with a photo

Wafer rolls, as in childhood, cook at home. It will turn out very tasty even in an old Soviet waffle iron!

A very easy waffle iron recipe.

  • 4 eggs
  • vanilla sugar
  • 1-1.5 cups flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • pack of margarine
  • salt, soda

Beat eggs with sugar mixed with vanilla sugar. With a mixer, the process will go faster. (Don't forget to add a pinch of salt).

Melt margarine.

After cooling slightly, pour it into a mixture of eggs and sugar. We continue to beat.

This is the amount of soda we need.

Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

We extinguish the soda with vinegar and pour it into the dough. Stir, after a minute or two, the dough will begin to bubble slightly.

The dough turns out to be liquid, fluid.

We heat the waffle iron, carefully lubricate the baking surfaces vegetable oil(if the waffle iron has a non-stick coating, it is not necessary to lubricate) before baking the first product. Further lubrication is not necessary.

Pour one or two tablespoons of dough onto the bottom surface and press quickly and firmly. It is not necessary to smear the dough on the surface (as in my photo) ... Two touching baking surfaces of the waffle iron will make it better!

Waffles are baked for no more than 3-5 minutes (it all depends on the power of the electric waffle iron). After 3 minutes, the top cover can be lifted and you can see how the process is going.

Remove the finished wafer with a spatula and quickly roll up with a tube or horn. Ready tubes can be simply sprinkled powdered sugar.

You can fill it with any cream - custard, butter, protein, boiled condensed milk, jam, jam, jam.

Recipe 2: simple waffle rolls in a waffle iron

  • Eggs - 5 pieces
  • Sugar - 0.5 - 1 cup
  • Flour - 1.5 cups
  • Butter or margarine - 180 gr

Wash chicken eggs with soap, break into a cup. Pour in sugar.

Beat eggs with sugar until smooth.

Melt margarine or butter. Cool down a bit.

Mix the egg mixture with margarine (butter).

Gradually, in small portions, add flour to the dough.

Mix. The consistency of the dough will turn out like sour cream.

Heat up the waffle iron. Pour in a teaspoon, close. Bake 2-3 minutes.

Roll up the waffle while it is still warm. If desired, fill with cream or boiled condensed milk using a pastry syringe.

Recipe 3: crispy waffle rolls in an electric waffle iron

The recipe is suitable for the old Soviet electric waffle iron EV-1/220 produced by the Dnepropetrovsk plant Elektrobytpribor. This is a rectangular waffle iron.

  • 3 eggs,
  • 100 g butter,
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g wheat flour,
  • vanilla on the tip of a teaspoon.

In a bowl, grind the eggs with softened butter.

Add granulated sugar and continue with a fork, stir thoroughly.

When the butter is well mixed, pour flour and vanilla into a bowl. We mix the dough until the state of liquid sour cream, without lumps.

We turn on the waffle iron and warm it up for ten minutes.

We soak a cotton sponge in refined vegetable oil and wipe the working surface of the electric waffle iron with it.

With a tablespoon, pour the dough into the center of the heated surface and quickly cover with the second surface.

Slightly press the sash with your hand. Bake each waffle for 2-3 minutes while steaming.

We open the electric waffle iron and see if the waffle is ruddy enough for your taste.

Carefully pry off the edge of the waffle with a knife.

And immediately twist it into a tube. This stage is the fastest, you need to twist the tube while the waffle is still hot.

Spread hot waffle rolls first on a wire rack to cool, dry and take shape. Then we transfer to a dish, after laying a paper napkin on it. The waffles are quite thin and tender.

This is how easy it is to cook delicious waffles in a Soviet waffle iron. Enjoy your meal!

  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • margarine - 250 g
  • sugar - 200 gr
  • Wheat flour— 180 gr
  • baking soda - 0.5 tsp
  • table vinegar - 0.1 tsp
  • vanilla sugar - 20 gr

Everything is prepared very quickly. Therefore, we immediately get everything necessary ingredients. We melt margarine in a convenient way - on the stove, battery, in the microwave.

Break the eggs into a bowl and mix. You don't need to beat, just chat.

Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the eggs. We mix everything.

Now pour in the melted margarine and mix well again.

Pour flour into the dough, mix until smooth.

We extinguish the soda with vinegar, send it to the dough and stir it properly.

This is how we make dough. A little thinner than for pancakes.

Lightly grease the mold with vegetable oil. Slightly, slightly, and only once. We won't need it further.

Pour 1 tablespoon of dough into the middle of the waffle iron, close and fry for 30-40 seconds. It all depends on the heating of the mold. My waffle iron is 25 cm in diameter. I didn’t need such long tubes, so I laid out 1 tbsp on the form.

If you want to get long tubes, then put 2 tablespoons of dough without a slide.

We remove the finished waffle and turn it into a tube. Wafers are sugary, crumbly and very tasty. I got 25 pieces.

Recipe 5: wafer rolls on whey in a waffle iron

  • wheat flour - 300 g
  • serum - 200 ml
  • margarine (you can butter) - 200 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • vegetable oil for lubricating the electric waffle iron.

Recipe 6: wafer rolls on kefir (step by step with a photo)

  • kefir - 400 ml,
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.,
  • granulated sugar- 100g,
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons,
  • flour - 1 cup,
  • salt - 2 pinches,
  • vanillin - to taste.

In a bowl convenient for you, break the eggs, add sugar, vanillin to taste.

Then pour in kefir, it should be room temperature. Mix everything well with a whisk.

Lastly, pour in vegetable oil and add salt with sifted wheat flour.

Ready dough for waffles, in consistency, it will be a little thicker than sour cream.

We start baking waffles, for this we need an electric waffle iron. We turn it on, heat it up, grease the surface with vegetable oil. Lubrication only needs to be done once.

We spread a tablespoon of the prepared dough on the lower platform of the waffle iron. We close the lid.

We bake waffles until a beautiful golden crust is formed.

Ready waffle cake must be twisted into a tube or cone. For this, there are special devices that are always sold complete with a waffle iron.

But you can do it with your hands, only very carefully, as the cakes are very hot. And be sure to do everything very quickly, while the cakes are hot, the cooled cakes are very brittle.

Recipe 7: dough for wafer rolls on sour cream

  • Margarine - 150 gr.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Flour - 2 cups.
  • Sour cream - 1 cup.
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon.

We put all the margarine in a deep bowl and put it in the microwave. When in the house Small child and time is running out, I advise you not to build water baths, you can simply melt the margarine in the “defrost” mode.

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer or whisk. Even a blender will cope with such a task, I personally checked it.

Try to see if the margarine turned out hot after it melted in microwave oven. It should be moderately warm. Add beaten eggs with sugar to margarine.

Add soda to sour cream and mix.

We combine sour cream and margarine with eggs. Be sure to mix.

Add flour to the dough and mix with a whisk until there are no lumps.

Having already received the present batter for waffles, we can breathe easy - half the work is done.

Be sure to grease the surface of the electric waffle iron with butter. It is not necessary to do this before baking each waffle, but it is necessary the first time.

Bake each waffle for two minutes. To do this, we collect the dough in a tablespoon and quickly pour it onto the bottom surface of the electric waffle iron. Cover with the top. It is not necessary to distribute the dough over the surface, it will spread by itself when you press down on the lid of the electric waffle iron.

Should be avoided a large number dough on a frying surface, because after you cover, the excess will flow.

Roll waffles while still hot.

Recipe 8: Wafer Rolls with Whipped Cream

  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • margarine (butter) - 200 g
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup

First, mix eggs with sugar.

Beat well with a mixer on turbo mode.

Then add pre-melted margarine (or butter).

Mix with a whisk.

Ingredients:

Melt margarine.
Add egg, sugar, vanillin, mix with a mixer. Then there is a trick: to make the dough without lumps, I first add flour and stir, and then add milk a little bit.
If the dough becomes liquid - again flour, diluted with milk. And so, until about 0.5 liters of milk is used up.
The dough should turn out like thick sour cream (but not rustic, where the spoon is).

8. WAFERS ON CONDENSED WHITE
- margarine 200 g;
- condensed milk 1 bank;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- starch 1 glass;
- flour 1 glass;
- soda (1/3 tsp), slaked with vinegar.
Mash the margarine, mix all the ingredients, the dough should not be liquid. Put a little dough on the base of the waffle iron, make sure that the waffles do not burn.
Before the first waffle, grease the waffle iron (both surfaces), then no oil is needed. To make the waffles the same color, I follow the clock with a second hand. As soon as the waffle is ready, I twist it into a tube. Tried different recipes, but I didn’t like everything, if you don’t eat at one time, the waffles become soft, and these remain crispy for a long time.

9. WAFERS WITH SOUR CREAM
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Sugar - 5 tbsp. l
- Butter - 1 tbsp. l
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Flour - 1 cup
Separate the whites from the yolks and refrigerate. Grind the yolks with sugar until white, add melted butter (not hot), sour cream to them; mix, add flour and stir well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add cooled proteins whipped into a thick foam into this mass and gently mix from top to bottom.

10. CREAMY WAFERS
- butter - 125 g
- sugar - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- flour - 1/2 cup
- eggs - 4 pcs
- cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
- water - 1 glass
- vanilla sugar - to taste
Cooking method
Mix softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Beat egg yolks with salt until smooth and transfer to softened butter with sugar.
Beat the resulting mass with a mixer until foam forms.
Mix the sifted flour with soda and a little water. Then transfer to the egg-butter mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Then pour in the remaining water, cream and mix until smooth.
Chilled egg whites Beat until fluffy, carefully fold into the batter and mix gently with a wooden spatula.
Fry the waffles in a preheated electric waffle iron for 2-5 minutes.

11. MOM'S WAFERS
-2 cups (250 g) flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-2 tbsp. l. Sahara
-1 tsp salt
-2 glasses of milk
-2 eggs
-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add milk, eggs and vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.

-2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-100 g butter, melted
Cooking method
1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Whisk eggs in a large bowl, then add yogurt, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, melted butter, mixing until smooth.
2. Pour a small amount of batter into the hot waffle iron. The dough will expand slightly under the lid. Bake until no more steam comes out, about 5 minutes.

-200 g butter

- Flour - 400 g
- Egg - 2 pcs
- Milk - 140 ml
- Sugar (large) - 180 g
- Butter - 200 g
- Yeast (dry) - 1.5 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 packet.
- Salt - 0.2 tsp.
Warm up half of the milk / in the microwave or on the stove /. Add yeast, cover and leave to rise for 10 minutes.
Break 2 eggs into the remaining milk, add salt, beat everything well with a whisk.
In a deep bowl, mix flour with butter. Add sugar, milk with yeast and milk with eggs, mix well with a wooden spoon or mixer on low speed until a sticky dough forms. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
On a well-floured work surface, divide the dough into 12 pieces.
Roll each part into a ball, roll in large pieces of sugar.

18. VIENNA WAFFLES.
- Sugar (more if you want sweeter) - 100 g
- Flour - 350 g
- Milk - 1 tbsp.
- Butter - 200 g
- Egg - 3 pcs
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.
Grind butter with sugar, add milk and eggs, then add flour, baking powder and lemon juice, mix everything.
The dough is ready!
Gently spoon the batter onto the waffle iron and bake for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

19. GOLDEN COTTAGE WAFFLES
- Cottage cheese (low-fat) - 125 g
- Butter (melted) - 60 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
- Lemon zest (grated, 1 lemon)
- Flour - 150 g
- Milk - 1/8 l
- Egg - 3 pcs
Mix cottage cheese with melted butter, add sugar and lemon zest. Gradually add flour and milk. Separate the whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the dough.
Beat egg whites until very stiff and carefully fold into batter. Bake waffles until golden brown.

20. CORN WAFERS
- Corn flour - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs
- Butter - 50 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Liquid honey - 4 tbsp. l.
- chopped almonds (a little)
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
-Rum (can be without it) - 1 tsp.
From cornmeal, eggs, butter (melt), milk, baking powder, honey and rum (if you add) knead the dough and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Add almonds and mix.
We heat the waffle iron (if necessary, grease with oil) and pour the dough.
Bake until golden yellow.

21. STARCH WAFERS
- Butter (melt) - 100 g
- granulated sugar - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs
- Wheat flour - 100 g
-Starch - 100 g
- Baking powder for dough - 1 tsp.
Mix melted butter with sugar
Add eggs, beat with a mixer
Add flour, starch and baking powder. The dough becomes thick. Let it sit for 30 minutes
Spread on a greased waffle iron 1 tbsp. l. test
Bake waffles until golden brown.
Yield is about 12 waffles.

22. COCONUT WAFERS
- Butter (margarine) - 150 g
- Flour - 300 g
- Coconut shavings - 100 g
- Sugar - 100 g
-Vanillin - 1 sachet.
- Egg - 3 pcs
- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- Salt (a pinch)
Melt the butter, add sugar and vanilla, mix with a mixer. Add eggs one at a time. We mix everything.
We add salt to our mixture and coconut flakes. We mix.
Now add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly.
We heat up our electric waffle iron, spread the dough.

23. WAFFLES “GLAKOMKA”
- Egg - 4 pcs
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp. l.
-Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
-Starch - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Salt (a pinch)
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add sour cream and mix with a whisk.
Add flour and starch, alternately, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
Heat the waffle iron (you can also bake in the oven on parchment, spreading 1 tbsp at a distance).
Pour 1 tbsp. l. into the mold and immediately press down with a lid.

24. CRISPY WAFFLES.
- Chicken egg - 4 pcs
-Margarine - 200 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
-Vanillin
Melt margarine, cool a little, add sugar, powdered sugar, eggs, vanillin, flour. The dough should be like sour cream. Put a tablespoon in a waffle iron and bake until the desired color. Twist immediately hot, otherwise they will break.

25. RHINE WAFFLE.
- Butter - 125 g
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
- Egg - 2 pcs
- Cloves (ground) - 2 g
- Cinnamon (ground) - 2 g
- Lemon zest (grated, 1 lemon)
First, beat the butter (room temperature), add sugar, yolks, ground cloves, cinnamon and lemon peel. Pour the sifted flour in portions into the whipped butter and stir constantly. Pour the beaten egg whites into the well-mixed dough and mix well again. Bake until done.

26. LEAN WAFERS
- granulated sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
-Water - 2/3 tbsp.
- Baking soda (at the tip of a knife)
Mix flour with sugar and soda, pour in water and sunflower oil - you get a dough like pancakes.
Bake like regular waffles.

27. WAFFLES FROM PUFF DOUGH.
Puff pastry - 1 pack.
Flour (A little)
Defrost the dough plates and cut into strips, roll lightly in flour (so as not to stick to the rolling pin), roll out a little.

1 cup starch 1.5 cups sugar
1 tsp soda quenched with vinegar, 3 cups flour.
Mix everything and bake waffles until golden brown.

30. WAFERS WITH CINNAMON.
200g cl. beat butter with salt
1/4 st. sugar, cinnamon, pour 1 tbsp. flour, mix.
Enter 3 vzb. protein, put in a waffle iron, bake until golden brown.

For its preparation, the following components are needed:

  • sifted wheat flour - 180 g;

  • medium eggs - 5 pcs.;

How to cook:

  1. Melted butter to room temperature, beat with sugar. Use a mixer.
