How to cook at home

We make dough. In a deep bowl, mix the raw yolks of two chicken eggs, add fat-free kefir and cottage cheese, grind the mass until a thick homogeneous paste is obtained.



We grind the sugar substitute in a spoon or mortar, put it in the dough, then add cornstarch and soda on the tip of the knife, mix again so that no lumps of starch remain in the dough.



Add ground cinnamon and grate the zest from half a lemon.
