Cooking steps

Pour the remaining half a liter of milk, add 7 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, mix and let the dough stand for about 15 minutes. After that, on hot frying pan fry thin ruddy pancakes in the usual way.

    In a separate hot and oiled pan, fry 400 g minced meat(in our case, beef, but you can take any) along with salt, ground black pepper and finely chopped onion. It will take up to 25 minutes to fry over medium heat.. At the very end, add any chopped greens to the minced meat (if you don’t like it, you can do without) and remove the filling from the stove. She's ready.
