Remove from heat (do not open the lid), put a couple of cloth napkins on the lid of the pan and let the rice stand for 12 minutes. After that, the rice is gently mixed and, if desired, a little salt. Rice cooked in this way turns out to be crumbly and is great for a side dish. It must be said here that in Asian countries, rice for every day is cooked not crumbly, but slightly sticky - it's just more convenient to eat it with chopsticks.

In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry (literally five minutes) chopped vegetables, green pea, chopped omelette, sprinkling it all with red pepper, ajinomoto and other seasonings. Add rice, stir and fry for about 5 more minutes. At the very end of frying, pour soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, mix and serve. Enjoy your meal!

  • green peas - 200 gr (frozen, can be replaced with asparagus beans)
  • onion - green - 1 bunch
  • carrots - 2 large pieces
  • garlic - 2 pcs
  • egg - 2 pcs
  • fish sauce - 2 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - sesame - 1 tbsp (optional)
  • vegetable oil - corn (for frying)

First of all, cook the rice. How to do this, I already told here, so let's move on. At this time, as always, we prepare vegetables: wash and clean well.

Cut carrots into very thin strips. This can easily be done with a vegetable peeler. Cut thin strips of carrots layer by layer, then cut with a regular knife into thin strips 3 cm long (or whatever you like). To make small "ribbons".

Then we put the eggs and green onions to the rest of the ingredients and again mix all the ingredients. Rice with fried onions is a great combination.

Now the final step is to pour the basmati rice into the pan.

Again, mix everything thoroughly and pour, if necessary, a little more soy sauce so that it is absorbed into the rice. Fry over high heat, yes, yes, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes and turn off the heat - you can eat.

This dish is very popular in Thailand. The main rule is to use "yesterday's" rice when cooking, that is, cooked and lain in the refrigerator, thanks to which the rice remains friable in the finished dish.

If you have yesterday's rice, great, if not, you need to boil the rice until tender. I cook without adding salt, because then we will add soy sauce and the dish will be quite salty. In parallel, dry the sesame seeds until golden brown in a pan:

Preparing the shrimp. To do this, we take store-bought, already boiled shrimp, but I'm used to boiling them, blanching them in boiling water. Just dip for 1-2 minutes in boiling water.

We clean the shrimp. If we want to decorate, it is better to leave a couple of pieces with ponytails. To give a fragrant taste, you can fry them in garlic olive oil, just heat them up in a pan olive oil, add garlic and shrimp. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Stirring constantly, fry everything for a few minutes so that the vegetables are fried, but remain crispy. We shift them to half the pan and pour the eggs.

Immediately, until the top of the eggs grabs, add the rice and mix everything. Pour in the sauce and stir, stir, stir. In general, “stirring” is the key word when cooking in a wok, the walls of the wok are thin, the fire is large and if you gape, everything burns out in an absolutely excellent way. Cook for another 5 minutes, add a couple of tablespoons of sesame oil already for flavor and can be served sprinkled with coarsely chopped green onions.

If you use rice as the main dish, then you can easily add the meat component.

  • zucchini - 200 gr
  • green onion - 50 gr

We wash the vegetables, let the water drain.

Carrots are cleaned, washed, cut into strips or three on a coarse grater.

We cut the bell pepper, remove the stalk, seeds and partitions, cut it into cubes or straws.

I use frozen beans, I just thaw them. Who uses dry, soak it in cold water. I usually soak overnight.

Tomatoes are peeled, having previously cut it crosswise and doused with boiling water.

Three zucchini on a coarse grater or cut into thin plates. If necessary, first remove the seeds and peel the skin.

Peel the onion, wash and chop finely.

We clean the garlic, wash and pass through the garlic.

We wash the greens, let the water drain and finely chop.

  • First you need to cook round rice in a separate bowl. Dry it well and put it in the refrigerator;
