Putting everything together, stir until smooth so as to separate all the flour lumps. While the pancake mass will reach the standard for half an hour, we will devote time to the filling.

  • In the same way as in the first case, we wash and clean a piece of the liver. Then it must be divided into 5-6 equal parts, poured with water and poisoned on fire. Boiled - reduce the heat to a minimum mark and cook it for about 20 minutes until soft. 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt to the broth, add a leaf of parsley, a couple of peppercorns.
  • When the by-product is ready (it becomes soft), we take it out of the broth and grind it in a meat grinder.
  • In a frying pan, simmer peeled and well-chopped onions until transparent, add to the liver along with oil (2 tablespoons).

Pour the remaining oil into the "rested" pancake dough. On a preheated crepe maker (if it is not there, a frying pan), we bake pancakes, lubricating the bottom only under the first one. We fill the finished cakes with minced liver and fold them into envelopes.
