Cooking process:

Let's unfreeze first chicken wings if they were pre-frozen. Chilled - just rinse under water. Let the water drain or dry them on paper towels.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce in which the wings will be marinated. Pour two tablespoons of soy sauce into a cup, add honey, seasoning. I have seasoning for meat, very fragrant and smelly. We clean the garlic and finely chop it, and you can also pass it through a press. Salt lightly, you don't need much, because soy sauce salty enough. Mix everything well so that the sauce becomes homogeneous, and coat each wing with it.

Put the wings in the sauce in a bowl and close. I left them in the refrigerator overnight so that the sauce is well absorbed into the chicken, and the dish becomes fragrant and tasty. If it is not possible to wait so long, then at least a couple of hours you need to let them lie down and marinate in the sauce. Just before cooking, take the chicken pieces out of the refrigerator. Mix well or dip each wing in honey-soy marinade sauce.

Having laid them out on the board, we wrap them in such a way that the wing holds the shape of a triangle well. That is, we tuck the wing and push it inward. Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings - 1 kg
  • Soy sauce - 5 tablespoons
  • Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground red pepper - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Suneli hops - 1/3 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves

Cooking:

1. Take a deep dish and put the wings there. Wash them first and pat dry with paper towels. Now add to them one by one - tomato paste, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, suneli hops, black and red pepper. Pass the garlic through a press and also add to the rest of the products.

2. Thoroughly mix all the spices with the wings so that you get a marinade that is evenly distributed over each piece. Cover the dishes cling film and leave the pieces to marinate for at least 2 hours at room temperature.

The next recipe will be considered immediately with a side dish. More specifically, potatoes. And we will bake it in a special culinary sleeve, which can be bought at any hardware store.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings - 10 pcs
  • Potatoes - 4-5 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Mustard - 2 teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:

1. Wash the wings and dry with a paper towel. Cut it into phalanxes (I usually throw out the upper phalanx, here it's up to you) Put the pieces in a deep dish. Add pepper, salt, paprika, egg, mustard. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add it there. Mix well so that each piece is evenly coated with marinade. Cover with cling film and leave for 30 minutes.

2. At this time, let's deal with potatoes. Clean and cut into medium pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as vegetable oil. Stir evenly.

3. Put the potatoes in a baking bag. Then put the wings on it. Tie the sleeve on both sides, poke a few punctures on top with a toothpick to let the air out. Place it in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings - 1 kg
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Ginger - a piece of 2 cm
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black ground pepper- taste
  • Salt - to taste

Cooking:

1. Wash and dry the wings. Divide them into phalanxes. Remove the upper phalanges (they can be used to make soup or jelly) or discard.

2. Pour the soy sauce into a deep dish. Add honey, finely grated ginger, chopped garlic, pepper and salt. Mix well until smooth.

3. Then pour the sauce into the wings and add vegetable oil there. Stir so that the sauce is properly distributed on each piece. Cover with cling film and leave to soak for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

4. When the right time has passed, shift chicken pieces in the form. If you will spread it on a baking sheet, then lay parchment paper or foil and grease with oil. Pour the remaining sauce over the pieces and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. As soon as a golden crust appears, it means it's ready.

How to cook chicken wings in the oven with teriyaki sauce

You can buy this sauce in a regular supermarket. But if you still want to cook this suos yourself, and then marinate our wings in it, then I present to you this wonderful recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Wings - 1.5 kg
  • Soy sauce - 500 ml
  • Mirin - 3-4 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Ginger - 2 cm root
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Corn starch - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon

Cooking:

1. Initially, prepare the wings. They need to be cut into phalanges and the top ones set aside (they will not be needed here). Place the cut pieces on a baking sheet immediately.

2. Next, let's deal with the sauce. Pour soy sauce into a deep bowl. Mince the garlic and add to the sauce. Cut and clean the ginger. Grind it too and send it to the dish. Then add mirin, sugar, corn starch and honey. Mix everything thoroughly.

Cooking:

5. When the wings become golden brown, you can pull them out of the oven. Put everything on a plate and enjoy a very tasty dish.

Spicy chicken wings "BBQ" in the oven

Another interesting recipe. Barbecue sauce can also be bought at the store. But I prefer to cook on my own and adjust the amount of ingredients to my taste.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings - 1.5 kg
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Onion -1 pc
  • Ketchup - 250 gr
  • Sugar - 200 gr
  • Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Red ground pepper - 0.5 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cognac - 2 tablespoons

Cooking:

1. Rinse and dry the wings. Cut off the upper phalanges, add salt and ground pepper to them to taste. Mix well and place on a baking sheet. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

2. During this time, prepare the sauce. Pour all the sugar into the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir and put on fire, stirring constantly, so that the sugar turns brown.

The sauce recipe should initially have brown sugar, but I bring it to this state by simply heating it in a saucepan or saucepan. Something like in the Soviet years we made lollipops on a spoon 😊.

3. Next, without turning off the heat, add ketchup, bay leaf, peeled and halved onion, garlic, salt, ground pepper to the sugar. Stir and reduce heat. Cook, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Then pour in the cognac and cook for another 2-3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.

4. When remove the pan from the heat, immediately, while hot, strain the sauce through a sieve. Discard the onion, garlic and bay leaf remaining in the sieve, they will no longer be useful.

5. Now take the baking sheet out of the oven and pour sauce over each piece. Then send it back to the oven for 5-7 minutes.

6. Transfer the finished wings to a plate and try. They have a spicy-sweet taste. The sauce becomes like jelly and does not drip. Save the rest of the sauce for next time.

Today we will cook bon-bon legs and wings baked in the oven, in my opinion, this is a great addition to the festive table.

Chicken legs bon bon baked in the oven with potatoes

We need:

  • 1 kg chicken drumstick
  • 1-2 medium sized carrots
  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp curry
  • Italian or Provencal herbs optional
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 20 g butter
  • breadcrumbs for powdering the mold

For marinade No. 1

  • 1 orange
  • 1.5 tsp spices
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, chili pepper to taste

For marinade No. 2 (oven)

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ketchup

Cooking:

1. My shins, dry them on a paper towel and turn them inside out like a mitten. To do this, we cut the skin at the upper end of the leg and separate the meat from the bone, we do it carefully so as not to damage the skin. We also remove a thin bone. At the other end of the leg, cut off the cartilaginous bone. So we do with all the legs.


2. We prepare the marinade according to 1 option. We mix the spices, squeeze the garlic into the spices and squeeze the orange juice to them.

Mix thoroughly and rub the legs with the resulting mixture, soak them in the marinade, cover with a lid and leave for an hour or two, for pickling.

3. For the filling: grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion and sweet pepper into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until done. and then add curry, herbs, bay leaf and simmer for another 3 minutes.


4. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into 4-8 parts, depending on the size of the potato. Salt, pepper, squeeze the garlic, pour a little olive oil and mix.

5. Lubricate the baking dish butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

6. We stuff the legs with the filling: put the minced meat in the “mitten”, close it with meat.

Dip the bottom in flour and put in a mold,


wrap the potatoes around, pour the meat with the remaining sauce, and cover with foil.

We need:

  • 600 g chicken wings, large and meaty
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • salt, ground black pepper to taste

For marinade: (for lubrication)

  • 2 tbsp sour cream (mayonnaise)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 garlic clove

Cooking:
