How to cook chicken with apples in the oven:

For cooking, it is better to take a carcass of a broiler chicken weighing no more than 1.5 kg. Chicken with this weight is better satiated apple juice when cooking. It is better if the bird was chilled, not frozen (this is ideal).

I carefully wash the carcass of the bird. I look to make sure there are no feathers. I check that all the giblets have been removed (I have a chicken that was originally gutted).

I mix in a bowl vegetable oil, honey, salt, black ground pepper, thyme.
