And then I remembered how tasty salty can be. oily fish(I think even those who have not tried it can guess its properties by the name). And I decided to make salted catfish. And what, a sandwich with such fish is a real delicacy!

What is needed for salting

for 4 servings

  • Catfish steaks - 2 pieces;
  • Salt - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • Spices (optional) - a pinch of freshly ground black pepper, 2-3 clove buds (break).
