How to fry

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 550-650 g.
  • Minced beef - 180-250 g.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt and pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Flour or starch - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

Cooking

  1. We clean the potatoes, wash them, fill them with water, add a little salt and cook until tender. Then we drain the water, and crush the potatoes in mashed potatoes. Add flour for more density.
  2. Break the egg into the minced meat, add salt and pepper. The filling is ready.
  3. And now we do this: we take some potatoes, flatten them into a cake. Put some meat on this cake. Cover with another cake on top and attach around the edges. In general, as if sculpting a pie.
