So the mushroom will infuse for two, and in the cold season - for three days. When the second (third) day comes to an end, the infusion in which the mushroom grew must be drained. This should be done very carefully, using gauze or a very fine sieve, rinse it so that grains of rice fungus do not leak out with water.

Used dried fruits should be thrown away. When all the rice remains on the gauze, it must be washed in cool water, after which, after separating a tablespoon of the mushroom, pour it again with the same amount of water, adding raisins and dried apricots. Sometimes, to give the drink a special taste and color, strongly fried (even burnt) croutons of white and black bread are added to it when insisting.

Cold is contraindicated for rice fungus, namely, temperatures below 17 ° C, it will actively grow and feel comfortable at temperatures from 23 ° C to 27 ° C, the higher the temperature, the more intense the fungus will multiply. The prepared drink is recommended to be stored in the cold, for a maximum of 4 days.

How to use rice mushroom infusion

An infusion of a mushroom cooked in 0.5 liters of water will be enough for one person for 1 day. Positive changes in the state of health begin to be noticeable after 3-4 weeks of daily intake of rice mushroom infusion. It is recommended to use it three times a day for 15-20 minutes before meals.

Contraindications to the use of rice mushroom.

But, if you have high acidity and you suffer from peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum or gastritis with high acidity, then I do not advise you to use this drink. This will exacerbate the disease.

To prepare Indian rice infusion, you will need:

In a liter jar, place 4 tbsp. spoons Indian sea rice and 10-15 raisins. Instead of raisins (but still it is better to take dark, cheap raisins, pitted), you can use apples, apricots, figs, prunes and other dried fruits.

Separately, prepare a sugar solution: 2 (or better 3) tbsp. tablespoons of sugar per 1 liter of filtered cold unboiled (!) Water.
A very good result is the use of "brown" cane sugar. Although this sugar is more expensive, the drink with its help is much tastier. Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved in the water: if grains of sugar fall on the "rice", the marine fungus will get sick. Pour the sea rice with the sugar solution. Insist for three days (in summer - two days). Jar with Indian sea rice it is best to put in a bright place where it is dry enough, moderately warm and not in direct sunlight. After 3 days, strain the liquid through a sieve or 4 layers of gauze into a clean jar, discard the dried fruits. Strained indian rice rinse well with drinking (filtered) water room temperature, separate from it 4 tbsp. spoons and season again.

Attention: most favorable temperature for the life of sea rice- 23-25-27 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the higher the ambient temperature, the faster the infusion is prepared and the faster the amount of sea rice increases. When the temperature drops below 16-18 degrees Celsius sea ​​rice begins to shrink in size and in the future may even die! Please don't let your Indian rice freeze.
Usually, to prevent a decrease in temperature, it is enough to put jar of sea rice near your electric kettle or kitchen stove.

Rice Mushroom Infusion, obtained in a liter jar, one person is enough for 2 days. If you want to prepare an infusion of sea rice for the whole family, it is better to use a three-liter jar. In this case, the dosage of the ingredients will be as follows:

* dried fruits.

* 2 crackers (optional) - 1 black, 1 white (fry the crackers until black, so that they burn a little, then the color of the infusion will be brown);

If you use crackers for “feeding”, do not forget to remove them when the drink is ready (by straining the infusion into a drinking container).

Therapeutic infusion of sea rice should be consumed regularly at least 3 times a day 10-20 minutes before meals. You can drink a healing drink and, if desired, between meals, just instead of water, kvass and ineffective drinks like Fanta, Cola and the like. You will feel changes in your condition in 3-4 weeks.

You need to drink about 10-15 minutes before meals, always at least three times about 100-150 ml per day, for a long time, but at the same time, you will feel the first changes in your health even after 3-4 weeks.
