This salad tastes and looks perfect! It is very easy to cook it, only there is one secret - it must be turned over upon completion of cooking. Because of this trick, it is also called the "Death Number". Well, let's not get ahead of ourselves - everything is described in detail in the recipe.


To prepare a salad, we need:

  • Chicken fillet - 300 gr.
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Pickled champignons - 400 gr.
  • Potato - 3 pcs.
  • Carrot (large) -1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise - 300 gr.
  • Dill (parsley) - 50 gr.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon


Cooking process:

1. Boil chicken breast in salted water over medium heat for 30 minutes.

I also let the breast cool in the broth in which it was cooked, then it turns out very juicy!

2. Boil potatoes, eggs and carrots.

3. We take a sliding form, or a deep bowl and grease the bottom and sides with vegetable oil in order to remove the salad from the container without damage.


4. We lay on the bottom, all over the shape of the mushrooms with a hat down.


Important! The leg of the mushroom should not be longer than 1 cm, if it is higher, then the mushrooms will be unevenly stacked.

5. I prepared the dill in advance, washed it thoroughly and dried it. Now we need to chop it finely, then sprinkle the mushrooms with chopped dill.


6. Grate potatoes on a fine grater and grease with mayonnaise


7. Carrots, also three on a fine grater, evenly distributing over the form, and grease with mayonnaise.


Important! Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt.

8. Then rub the eggs finely, level and grease with mayonnaise on top


9. Cut the chicken into small cubes.


10. Evenly distribute according to the shape of the container.


11. We take a large dish and cover the salad, carefully turn it over and hold the dish and shape on both sides.


12. Now you need to tap the form a little on the top and sides with your fist so that the salad moves away from the walls, after this “ritual”, carefully remove the form.

This salad is prepared with chicken, Korean carrots, pickled cucumbers and hard cheese. It turns out very tasty and original, I advise you to try to cook, you will not regret it!


To prepare the salad you need:


Cooking process:

1. First of all, you need to boil all the vegetables. Wash greens thoroughly and dry well. Boil the chicken breast in salted water, and for juiciness leave to cool in the same broth.

2. Then you need to pick up the dishes in which we will collect the salad. It can be a deep bowl, or a sliding form. It is convenient for me to cook on a large flat plate, to give a round shape I use a ring, from a sliding baking dish.

3. Place the pickled mushrooms on the bottom with the cap down.

4. Next, chop finely green onion and greens, evenly sprinkle our mushrooms.

5. Rub the potatoes on a coarse grater, distribute and press down with a fork, then grease with mayonnaise.

6. Grind the chicken breast into medium-sized pieces.

7. We shift into a mold and level it, then grease with mayonnaise.

8. The next layer of lettuce - Korean carrot. It must be chopped with a knife so that it is not too long.


9. Put the carrots in a mold and grease with a layer of mayonnaise.


10. Three cheese on a fine grater, level it, pressing down with a fork, and grease with mayonnaise.


11. We put our Glade in the refrigerator for several hours, and best of all at night, so that our wonderful salad is well saturated. It also needs to be covered with a plate or a lid on top, for example, I cover cling film, as it will be convenient for you, the main thing is to prevent the salad from getting weathered.


12. We take out the salad from the refrigerator, cover it with a flat plate on top, and turn it over sharply, raise the container and voila!

Ingredients:

  • Pickled champignons - 300 gr.
  • Chicken breast - 200 gr.
  • Egg - 2-3 pcs.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pcs.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise - 200 gr
  • Parsley dill

Cooking process:

1. Before starting the preparation of the salad, we need to prepare all the vegetables. Rinse potatoes and carrots and, without peeling, cook until tender. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel.

2. Boil the chicken over medium heat and do not forget to salt. When the chicken is cooked, let it cool in the broth in which it was cooked, this will add juiciness to the chicken meat. We remove the broth in the refrigerator, it will still be useful for soup.

3. In a deep container, put pickled champignons with hats down, we do this “trick” so that when we turn the salad over, mushroom caps look at us and resemble a mushroom clearing.

4. Rinse the greens, dry and cut with a knife not very finely. Sprinkle with herbs our inverted mushrooms, lightly pressing down with a fork.

5. Peel the potatoes and grate on a medium grater. You can also cut into cubes, but then the salad will not turn out so airy.

6. Coat the potato layer with mayonnaise.

7. Cut chicken meat into medium-sized pieces and put in a dish on a potato layer.


8. Coat the meat with a layer of mayonnaise.

9. Peel the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.

10. Three eggs on a coarse grater carrots, leveling with a fork.

11. Coat with mayonnaise.

12. Grate the remaining potatoes and add to the salad.

13. Finely chop the pickled cucumber and spread it on the potatoes. It will be our bottom layer, so we need to tamp it down with a spoon.

A very impressive salad, it is prepared simply, like most puff salads. In this recipe, we will use mushrooms, although you can make a salad from any mushrooms.


For cooking we need:

  • Pickled mushrooms - 160 gr.
  • Potato - 1 pc.
  • Carrots (small) - 2 pcs.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • chicken leg- 200 gr. (or breast)
  • Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Green onions - 3 sprigs
  • mayonnaise to taste

Cooking process:

1. Boil potatoes and carrots until tender. Eggs are cooked separately. Boil the chicken thigh for 30 minutes in salted water.


2. Cut potatoes, carrots, eggs and cucumber into cubes. Remove the peel from the leg and, like the vegetables, cut into small cubes. Chop the green onion.


3. We need to put the mushrooms in a colander from the marinade and rinse under running water.

4. This is a shifter salad, so we need to take a deep salad bowl and grease its walls with honey mushroom marinade, or a small amount of oil. We do these manipulations so that our salad moves well away from the walls and does not fall apart. We spread the pickled mushrooms on the bottom.

5. Top the mushrooms with chopped green onions. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

6. Put a layer of potatoes on the onion. Lubricate with mayonnaise.


7. The next layer is chicken meat. Coat with mayonnaise.

8. Put the carrots on the chicken meat, level it.

9. Finely chop the eggs and spread them on the carrots. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.

10. Diced pickled cucumbers - the final layer of our salad. We need to press down the salad with our hand and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is soaked.

11. Before serving, we take a flat wide dish on which our salad will be served on the table, cover the salad bowl with it and carefully quickly turn it over.


12. Carefully remove the salad bowl, sprinkle with herbs!

  • Corn - 1 can
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet - 300 gr.
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greens (dill, onion)

Cooking process:

1. First of all, we start to boil vegetables, eggs and chicken breast. I will not paint this item, since the recipes above have already been described in detail.

2. We take a salad bowl with high edges or a deep bowl, put the mushrooms with their hats down.

3. Sprinkle the mushrooms with chopped herbs.

4. Then grate the eggs and grease with mayonnaise.

5. Put the corn on the eggs and coat with mayonnaise.

6. The next layer is finely chopped meat and mayonnaise again.

8. The final layer is potatoes, we rub it on a coarse grater, you don’t need to grease it with mayonnaise, as this will be the bottom layer of our shifter.

9. We cover our salad with a lid or cling film and put it in the refrigerator so that it is soaked.

10. We prepare a dish on which we will serve our salad (preferably wide and flat), cover the salad bowl with it and turn it over so that the mushroom caps are at the top.

Lettuce layers can be salted if desired.

  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1-2 potatoes
  • 1 pack of mayonnaise
  • Parsley for decoration
  • Salt, herbs to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking step by step with photos:

  1. We wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
  2. We fry on vegetable oil until golden.
  3. Add salt and herbs to taste.
  4. Boil potatoes and carrots until tender. We clean and three on a grater in separate containers.
  5. Processed cheese is also three on a grater.
  6. Pickled cucumbers are also three on a medium grater. Do not mix the ingredients, as we will lay out the salad in layers.

  11. Grease a layer of lettuce with mayonnaise.
  12. Boil the eggs in a steep, clean and three on a fine grater.
  13. Spread in a layer - immediately after the parsley.
  14. Lubricate again with mayonnaise.
  15. The next layer is chicken fillet. Spread chicken meat evenly.
  16. Put the grated fillets on top of the fillets. salted cucumbers and grease with mayonnaise.
  17. Next, lay out the carrots and again grease with mayonnaise.

The second layer is eggs grated on a coarse grater (here you can not smear mayonnaise). Eggs can, of course, be finely chopped, but through a grater it turns out more airy

Ingredients:

  • Pickled champignons - 300 gr.
  • Boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Green onion or bunch of parsley
  • Boiled carrots - 1 pc.
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet - 350 gr.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sunflower oil

Cooking:

To prepare the salad, you need to take a deep bowl or plate. We take sunflower oil and grease the edges of our bowl and the bottom. Then carefully fold our mushrooms beautifully with caps down.

Now we cut the greens finely (onion, dill or parsley) in our case, this is green onion. Sprinkle our champignons with herbs

  • Hard cheese 200 gr
  • Cucumbers (salted or pickled) 250 gr
