What you need:

  • flour - 1 cup;
  • sugar - 2/3 cup;
  • sour cream - 1 cup;
  • drain. oil - 100 g;
  • raisins - 50 g;
  • soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanillin - 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar powder;
  • salt - 1 pinch.

Melt the butter in any way. Don't forget to leave some for greasing the baking dish. The raisins are carefully sorted out, transferred to a bowl and poured with boiling water for 15 minutes. This is necessary in order for it to swell. After that, you need to rinse it with water and blot it with a paper towel or napkin to remove excess moisture.
