What does wine drink mean. feel the difference

Often people who come to the store for alcohol face an interesting choice. They see wine and a certain wine drink in front of them and do not understand how they differ. As sellers say, there is not much difference, but in fact, after the first sip, a person will feel the differences between these two drinks. Moreover, in some cases, the wine drink is tastier than wine. True, in such a situation, most likely, it will not be possible to get much benefit from such alcohol.

Feature of the drink

Speaking from a technical point of view, wine was invented not by man, but by nature itself. Some monkeys specifically look for fermented berries and fruits, after which they eat them with appetite. The effect is not long in coming - after a while the animal becomes very cheerful.

In human terms, the monkey gets drunk after drinking some wine. Thus, wine is obtained after the grapes undergo fermentation in the fermentation process, and are saturated with alcohol.

The culture of drinking a noble drink does not imply immoderate drinking. Usually wine is drunk in small quantities from special glasses. Moreover, one of the main purposes of this drink is to give special flavor notes to familiar food products.

Not all wines are ideal for various delicacies. For example, sweet varieties pair well with desserts and fresh fruit. If we are talking about more acidic drinks, for example, dry wine, then the best choice is hot meat dishes, which in the company with noble alcohol will be even tastier and more aromatic.

Important! Alcohol abuse is not just harmful to health, it destroys the personality, destroys the family and slowly brings to the grave. Remember that even the most expensive and high-quality wine is useful only in moderation.

Difference

Some people believe that the wine drink is an outright surrogate that profit-hungry winemakers are trying to stuff the population with. It often turns out that way, the product is frankly of poor quality, and sometimes even harmful to health. But it is not all that bad.

In some cases, a wine drink surpasses even the most expensive wine in its taste. True, it will also cost a lot, but you have to pay for quality, this has long been known.

Classic variant

Wine - classic version noble alcohol. Wine is prepared exclusively from natural grapes, which undergo a natural fermentation process and acquire their main qualities:

  • bouquet;
  • fortress;
  • sugar content;
  • color.

It is this cooking technology that provides pure taste and its beneficial features. But here's the paradox: not all consumers love natural wine, preferring a wine drink to it.

The fact is that not every wine is able to give its fan a bouquet that would fully satisfy all his needs. One may find the bouquet rather weak, another will be dissatisfied with the concentration of sugar or strength, and the third will find the shade of red wine too pale.

But natural product for that and natural, in order to absorb only what nature has given him. This is what is transmitted to a person when used. No wonder they say: to feel the true aroma of real wine, you need to be closer to nature, and be known as a true connoisseur!

An open letter from a reader! Pulled the family out of the hole!
I was on the edge. My husband started drinking almost immediately after we got married. First, a little bit, go to the bar after work, go to the garage with a neighbor. I came to my senses when he began to come back every day very drunk, rude, drinking away his salary. It really got scary the first time I pushed. Me, then my daughter. The next morning he apologized. And so on in a circle: lack of money, debts, swearing, tears and ... beatings. And in the mornings, apologies. Whatever we tried, we even coded. Not to mention conspiracies (we have a grandmother who seemed to pull everyone out, but not my husband). After coding, I didn’t drink for six months, everything seemed to get better, they began to live like a normal family. And one day - again, he stayed at work (as he said) and dragged himself on his eyebrows in the evening. I still remember my tears that night. I realized that there is no hope. And about two or two and a half months later, I came across an alcotoxin on the Internet. At that time, I had already completely given up, my daughter left us altogether, began to live with a friend. I read about the drug, reviews and description. And, not particularly hoping, I bought it - there is nothing to lose at all. And what do you think?! I began to add drops to my husband in the morning in tea, he did not notice. Three days later he came home on time. Sober!!! A week later, he began to look more decent, his health improved. Well, then I confessed to him that I was slipping the drops. He reacted adequately to a sober head. As a result, I drank a course of alkotoxins, and for six months now I didn’t have to drink alcohol, I was promoted at work, my daughter returned home. I'm afraid to jinx it, but life has become new! Every evening I mentally thank the day when I found out about this miracle remedy! I recommend to everyone! Save families and even lives! Read about the remedy for alcoholism.

Some gourmets believe that wine drinks are not suitable for drinking with gourmet foods. meat products- Only natural wines are suitable for this role. Connoisseurs believe that the drink is not able to reveal and complement the true taste of the original products. The reason for this is the numerous flavorings. But there is a subtlety: the peculiarities of Russian legislation make natural wine and wine drink almost indistinguishable.

Analog

If you do not take into account the frank surrogate, which is prepared in the nearest cellar, then a wine drink is also a very good solution for a person who wants to touch the "alcoholic beauty". It is prepared from the same raw materials as wine, and the production technology at first is not much different. Only in the course of fermentation of the must (grape juice), the manufacturer adds various substances:

  • sugar;
  • alcohol;
  • flavors;
  • dyes;
  • preservatives.

The last three points kill a noble drink, turning it into a tasty, but harmful potion, which can lead not only to alcoholism, but also to poisoning. The potential dye allergy alone is worth something!

But sugar and alcohol are far from superfluous in the process of producing a wine drink. They add strength and beat off the characteristic sourness characteristic of dry and semi-dry varieties of wine.

In other words, judiciously added sugar can turn a raw dry wine into a fine semi-sweet wine while retaining the essential qualities of the more acidic precursor. This combination allows you to look for new bouquets by drinking a drink with different foods, especially with different meat and fish dishes and also with fruits.

According to Russian GOSTs, there is practically no wine on our shelves, mainly wine drinks are presented by stores. The fact is that if you add at least one grain of sugar or a drop of dye to the raw material, then by law it can no longer be called natural wine, it turns into a wine drink.

According to the same law, a wine drink cannot contain less than 50% natural raw materials. Considering that with this approach it is really more profitable to bring products closer to natural wine, you can count on high-quality wine drinks.

Important! You should not buy a very cheap wine drink, you can stumble upon a terrible surrogate. The cost of quality products usually starts at 500 rubles per bottle, and this is the lowest bar.

conclusions

Wine and wine drink - close in nature and origin representatives alcoholic products. But the natural look is prepared only from natural raw materials without the addition of artificial additives and additives, and the wine product contains sugar, alcohol and other components that were forcibly “integrated” during the fermentation process. This is not to say that this is a bad choice, many of them are of a quality that any natural wine can envy, but such products are not cheap.

Wine drink - what is it? This question interests the majority of citizens. And in order to understand it, it is worth considering what wine is and how it differs from a wine drink, what technologies are used to produce it and what are its advantages.

Wine drink different from wine

Wine is an alcoholic beverage, the strength of which can vary from 9 to 22 degrees. It all depends on the raw materials used and production technology. Most of the wines known to us are made by fermenting grapes. different varieties. Alcohol and other ingredients may be added to some of them to increase the strength and specific taste.

As a rule, noble wines are obtained from natural juice grapes. Also, alcoholic beverages can be obtained from berries, vegetables, herbs, etc. A variety of fortified drinks are prepared from them. According to their purpose, wines are divided into dessert, table and carbonated, which should also be taken into account when setting the table and preparing specific dishes. Wine drinks are also found on the shelves of our stores.

What is a wine drink different from wine?

Wine drink is similar alcoholic drink, produced using a similar wine material as classic wines. But sometimes there are situations when the wine material for specific reasons cannot become full-fledged, suitable for the preparation of specific types of wines. Most often, the original wort spoils for technical reasons allowed by the manufacturer, if the juice has fermented, the wrong components have been added, or the source material has received a taste or smell of the wrong quality.

In such a situation, the wine material is diluted with alcohol or purified water. A variety of ingredients are added to it, softening or improving the taste. In a word, something that is forbidden in the preparation of classic noble wines is added. This is how wine is produced.

Given the affordability, most citizens choose a wine drink. The difference from wine is that it contains only 50% of the wine material used, but despite this, some producers ignore these requirements and add significantly less raw materials to it. And this significantly worsens the taste and quality of the finished drink. It is also worth noting that the production of a wine drink can be carried out from a powder. This is easy to check, there will be a small sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

Along with the question “what is a wine drink”, citizens are also interested in the way it differs from noble wine. Everything is quite simple. These drinks are also given out by a rather low cost, while the price of noble drinks with a long exposure is quite high.

A wine drink is used in a special way, the difference between wine and wine is obvious, among citizens who do not have the opportunity to purchase expensive wines. But do not despair, because with the right approach, the drink can be of high quality, pleasant taste and aroma. The main thing is not to run into a fake.

The general director of "Massandra" talks about the difficulties that the main wine-making enterprise of the Crimea faced during the transition period.
Gross grain harvest in the Crimea will be up to 980 thousand tons with a yield of 18-20 centners per hectare.
"Massandra" bottles 10 million bottles of wine per year - in Ukraine, it ranked first among the producers of fine wines. As part of Russia, the Crimean enterprise will retain its leader status - but for this it is necessary that the famous Crimean wines they recognized it as wine, and not as a "wine drink." Why Crimean wines do not meet Russian standards, the general director of Massandra, Nikolai Boyko, told in an interview with the correspondent of the Interfax news agency, ex-editor of Respublika Dmitry Zhmutsky.

"... as if no one is waiting for us in Russia"

-? Nikolai Konstantinovich, what has changed for Massandra after Crimea became part of Russia? How did this affect the operation of the enterprise?
–? We are Russians in spirit, and, of course, there is euphoria. We are happy that we returned to our homeland. But for me, as a "red director", it is important to separate the emotional part from the specific factors that affect the operation of the enterprise.
We dreamed that Massandra would decorate with its wines Russian market- no longer as an importer, but as a native, domestic manufacturer. But it turned out that in the 23 years we lived in different apartments, Russian and Ukrainian legislation regulating the alcohol market diverged in different directions. And now I see - with surprise, with alarm, even with horror - that we, with our products, do not fit into Russian legislation.
Fortified wines, which we fortify with grain or beet alcohol, are, according to Russian standards, a "wine drink". Imagine, our world-famous "White Red Stone Muscat" is a "wine drink"! Our pride is Cahors "Yuzhnoberezhny", Madeira "Massandra", sherry "Massandra" - these are all "wine drinks"! Our red port "Livadia" - the favorite port of Nicholas II - has become a "wine drink"!
This obliges us to position our product accordingly: write "wine drink" on the labels, although most of our wines are made according to classical, academic technologies, just like more than a hundred years ago.
Plus, Russia is not interested in the presence of "wine drinks" on the market, so the excise tax on them is higher than on wine. The excise tax on Massandra's products will be about 50 times higher than what we paid in Ukraine.
So far, the situation is developing as if no one is waiting for us, and in our native country the conditions for Massandra are worse than they were before. This is a tragedy for us. The tragedy is personal, only ours - because in all of Russia only "Massandra" makes wine according to the principles of the classical, academic school of winemaking. People who make wine from concentrates in two or three weeks are in a better position. And our product becomes uncompetitive.

- Allow me a naive question: what prevents "Massandra" from rebuilding the technology in accordance with the Russian requirements of the law and fortifying wines with grape alcohol, and not grain or beet?
-? We experimented, tried to fix with grape alcohol, as we are recommended. Such attempts have been made for the second hundred years - back in the 1880s, winemakers Sergei Okhrimenko and Salomon Alexander Yegorovich tried to do this.

- And what is the result?
-? Only the product was spoiled. They did not get the result that they would have received if they had fortified the wine with good grain alcohol.

-? So, grape alcohol is worse for your purposes than grain alcohol?
–? Here's the thing. Grain alcohol in terms of purification is ten times higher than grape alcohol. Grape alcohol is a fusel, there are obvious fusel tones. If in Portugal you go into the cellars of the Sandeman company, one of the world's leading producers of port wine, you will be treated to wine no younger than nine or ten years old. So much time is needed for the fusel spirit, which the wine acquires from grape alcohol, to disappear. You can't just drink young port wine!
World standards allow us to use current fastening technologies. We ship wine all over the world - and no one has any questions about our method of fastening. Neither at Sotheby's, nor at Christies, nor at Heritage, nor at Bonhams, nor at auctions in Japan, nor at a competition in Seoul - nowhere did this bother anyone!
So I am surprised by the position of the Russian legislators. I don't understand why they introduced this rule.

- Did you report this problem to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia?
– Yes, we have outlined the situation in letters, it is known at the highest level. In connection with "Massandra" a number of issues have to be resolved - for example, we are a federal subject or a Crimean one. I hope all these issues will be resolved. My colleagues and I, of course, would like it to be faster. But we understand that milk rivers with jelly shores will not flow on the second day as part of Russia. We need hard, painstaking work, including on our part. And we are working.

Production fell by a quarter
- By the way, about the future status of "Massandra". In Russia, as far as I know, there is no state property in wine business- everything is private. Do you think it's better for Massandra to remain state property?
–? This will be decided at the state level. It will be up to the Crimean and federal authorities to decide. Indeed, our current structure does not quite fit into Russian legislation.

“Suppose the government decided to ask you for advice.
-? Well, let's dream up. I would divide this whole process into several stages. First, we need to adapt to Russian conditions, complete registration according to Russian rules, and become a full-fledged market participant. It is better for Massandra to go through this stage in the status of a state enterprise. And then it will be possible to think about changing the form of ownership.
The best recipe for "Massandra", in my understanding, is a combination of public and private interest. State - so that no one can change the purpose of "Massandra", private - so that the investor helps to revive the enterprise.

- What is the current situation at the enterprise?
-? Factories continue to work, bottled wine. In the first four months of this year, we spilled 76% of the same period last year. Slightly slowed down the pace - the time was dashing. Now the challenge is to catch up. Deliveries of our products to Russia increased in April compared to April last year. In May, we are also ahead of last year's results. We received pre-orders from Russia for June and July, which are much better than usual for this season. Customs duties in Russia on our wine are no longer charged.
In this regard, we have a better situation than at other wineries in Crimea - there are those who have not yet orientated themselves, and in four months they poured much less wine than last year - someone 12% of last year's volume, someone 30 %.

"Foreign countries are closed for us..."

- Do you continue deliveries abroad?
-? Far abroad countries are now closed for us - due to the fact that Ukraine and Russia broke the pots. We sent wines to the East - to China, Japan, Indonesia, Korea, Nepal, Taiwan - in containers through Odessa and further by sea. Now this path is closed, we are looking for new ones. For example, we send products to Belarus through Russia - the way is longer and more expensive. We even send goods to Russia with great difficulty - not by wagons, as before, but by cars. Transport communications issues must be resolved quickly, immediately. My opinion is that maritime transport should be restored. The Yalta port is perfectly prepared for receiving passengers, the Feodosiya and Kerch ports - for the acceptance of cargo ferries.
In the meantime, on our agenda is the restoration of supplies to the countries of the Far East and Asia. There are orders from Canada, from the USA, from China. We will send them through the port of Novorossiysk. I would really like to start these shipments before the end of May.

–?Large order volumes?
–? Not grandiose. "Massandra" has previously exported in relatively small volumes. We produce only 10 million bottles of wine per year. Our task in the international market is not to expand, not to crush competitors - we simply do not have enough production volumes for this - but to decorate the market.
AT last years we exported, including Russia, 60–65% of our products. Exported in different years, to 15-18 countries, last year - to 12 countries. Russia has always been in first place in terms of export volumes.
Now we are setting the task of returning to all foreign markets that we have staked out. We will convince partners to agree to a slight increase in prices due to the transition to a new transport scheme.
We had to fight our way into every country. The wine market is the toughest. It's full. In European countries, as you know, vineyards are cut down, owners are paid large compensations - all so that there is no overproduction of wine and prices do not fall to zero. For example, we have been entering the Canadian market for almost 30 years. But there are countries where we have succeeded. When you arrive in Taiwan, you may notice that our brand store is on one of the central streets of Taipei. You will be in Antwerp, Belgium - and there you can, if you wish, find our store. Fly to Shanghai - and there is a Massandra store. And here is the paradox - in these countries our product is loved, admired - and in our native country we are almost outcasts.

–?Do you continue deliveries of your wines to Ukraine?
–?So far, the sale of our wines is slowly going on. What's next is unclear. It is not clear at all how Ukraine will build economic relations with Crimea, what mechanisms are envisaged by the status of, as they called it, "the occupied territory." Will there be sanctions for those who will sell our wine?
I hope that the Ukrainian authorities, when answering these questions, will take into account the interests of their citizens and consumers. Many people have been drinking Massandra for 30-40 years, they fell in love with our wines and want to see them on the table.

"All our profits were pumped out in the form of taxes"

- "Massandra" bottled wine in bottles of Ukrainian producers. Do you continue to work with them?
-? While the supply of bottles from Ukraine continues. Plus, we have created a stock of containers at the enterprise for the transition period. We stocked up with labels, corks, even fuel. On the other hand, now we are studying the Russian bottle market, getting acquainted with the products Russian manufacturers. Unfortunately, delivery to the Crimea from Russian glass factories - from the Mineralnye Vody, for example - will be more expensive. It is more profitable for us to buy in Volnogorsk (a city in the Dnepropetrovsk region of Ukraine - IF). I hope Ukraine will not interfere with us. Relations between countries, whatever they may be, should not interfere with economic partnership.

–? Were residents of the "mainland" regions of Ukraine involved in seasonal work in the vineyards of "Massandra"?

–? Yes, every year. Now the Massandra association employs 2,300 people, but during the harvesting period, the number of employees doubled. Pensioners came, plus up to a thousand people a year came from outside. They came to us from the poorest regions of Ukraine - they had not seen a 50-hryvnia bill there for months. Some stayed not only for cleaning, they worked for us for 6-7 months a year - and made good money.
According to the current migration rules, citizens of Ukraine can enter Crimea for 90 days, then they need to leave for the same period, and only then can they return.

"My dream is to trade only through branded stores"

- Do you have enough barrels for aging wines?
–? Every year we gradually buy new barrels, renew the stock. We don't throw away used barrels, whiskey producers buy them from us, including those from Scotland. Having worked on wine for 50, 70 or 100 years, the barrel becomes the most valuable tool for the production of whiskey. Because the wood is impregnated with dyes, tannins, and other valuable substances almost a centimeter deep. One Scottish company, Glenglassaugh Distillery, kept whiskey aged 40–44 years in our barrels for 18 months, and in a year and a half received a product with unique properties, it is now sold at a very high price. After the first trial batch of 25 barrels, this company bought 75 more from us and wants to cooperate further.
I would like to emphasize that all vintage wine that we produce is aged in oak barrels We have over 10,000 of them. There is even a barrel school - it was the only one in Ukraine. This is an anachronism today - almost all market participants age wine in concrete or metal containers. So much easier. And each barrel needs to be looked after like a child. It is necessary to pour the wine, treat the barrel with heat, cold.
-? You supplied to Russia through the wholesale company "Rusvintorg" ...
–? We are still working with her today. We have extensive experience of cooperation, good relations have been built. Now we do not have enough rubles, and we ask to pay us a certain amount in advance - they go forward.

- Have Russian retail chains offered to arrange direct deliveries yet? How would you react to such proposals?
- So far there have been no such proposals. Until now, all issues of interaction with retail chains have been resolved by our Russian partner - this is another reason why he is so dear to us.

- Are you planning to build a network of branded stores in Russia - such as in the Crimea?
-? It's my dream - that all products of "Massandra" are sold in branded stores. Then there will be no inflated prices, there will be no falsification. In Crimea, 26-27% of products from the total volume are sold through the network of our company stores.
Now we have several branded stores in Moscow, our Russian partner is considering the possibility of expanding the network. The main problem is to find a store a good place: in a good area, with parking, convenient entrances, "checkpoint".

"Old wines - the pinnacle of winemaking"

- "Massandra" will continue to replenish its collection of old wines?
-?Undoubtedly. The collection is constantly alive. Wine that has matured and reached the peak of its virtues is for sale. And the most successful, reference wines of each vintage, on the contrary, are put into the collection - in order to fully reveal their potential in forty, fifty or ninety years.
We have a million bottles of wine in our collection. The world's largest vintage wine collection! Many of them are over a hundred years old. But almost all of these wines were also fixed with grain alcohol. The norms in force in Russia and this wine is recorded in the category of "wine drinks".
In addition, Russian standards do not include the concept of "collection wine" at all. Although old wines are the pinnacle of the art of winemaking! It has always been so. Re-read the "Odyssey", where the protagonist in his native Ithaca was waiting for 11-year-old wine, ripening all the time while he was wandering. Or look in The Three Musketeers for the chapter "The Dissertation of Aramis", where he celebrates his return to life with old Burgundy wine.
The oldest wine in our collection is Jerez de la Frontera from 1775. The USA was not on the world map yet! We love, I confess, when guests come from America, to recall this fact.
Old wines are also valuable for a very special feeling. No normal person - especially if he is already aged - will not remain indifferent, will not remain calm, tasting the wine of his year of birth. This is an exciting moment even for a person who has seen and experienced a lot. Gerard Depardieu, for example, was overjoyed when we opened a bottle of 1948 wine for him. “My God, when I was walking barefoot, this wine was also taking its first steps in maturation,” was the reaction. Silvio Berlusconi could not believe for a long time that he was being treated to the wine of his year of birth - 1936? And we have many such examples.

– One of the promising areas for the Crimea is wine tourism. Does Massandra have plans to develop in this direction?
- "Massandra" was the first in the Crimea to start working in this direction - in 1981 we opened a tasting complex in Alupka, for 300-330 people. On the way to an excursion to the Vorontsov Palace, people came to us, experienced guides told them about grapes, about our wines. Now each of our eight farms has tasting rooms. We consider this direction promising and will develop it.
We hope, of course, that we will have favorable conditions for work. Russia needs to seek to reduce the alcohol burden on citizens. And this can only be achieved by drinking less strong drinks - not heavy "lethal" ones, like vodka, but light ones, like natural wine. The strongest wines of "Massandra" - sherry and Madeira - contain 19.5% alcohol. Too much, but it's not 40-42%, as in vodka or whiskey!

Among us very a large number of people who love good wine. Today, there are so many nuances in the production of this alcohol that sometimes you can choose something completely different from what you expected. For example, how often do you pay attention to inscriptions and markings? It happens that in a bottle, which in appearance is no different from a wine bottle, there is a wine drink, and this is found only at home. What is this drink and is it safe to drink?

concept

Before diving into the various details, it is worthwhile to find out what alcohol is.
Wine is an alcoholic beverage produced by the complete or partial fermentation of grape juice. A wine drink is an alcoholic drink that is obtained from fruit wine materials and grape wine materials with a share of rectified ethyl alcohol, cognac, fruit, grape spirits, wine concentrates, water, sugar, aromatic additives and dyes.

Composition and raw materials

The difference in the composition and raw materials of alcohol is significant. Noble alcohol is produced by fermentation different varieties grapes. Sometimes alcohol and other ingredients may be added to increase the "degree" of alcohol or help achieve a certain taste, for example. But such ingredients are always of natural origin.

The situation is different when it comes to the composition of a wine drink. If for some reason the wine material has not become a full-fledged wine, the must has deteriorated, the juice has fermented, unusual ingredients have been added, the taste and smell of a different quality are added, it is diluted with rectified alcohol, water, a couple of dyes and food additives. Thus, everything that has been spoiled is corrected, the taste and smell become better, and the product goes to store shelves, but under a different name. Some countries produce budget lines of such alcohol. They differ in the quality and naturalness of the ingredients. Such wine drinks are produced from surpluses of good wine material.

Fortress

Drinking water or rectified alcohol, fruit or berry flavors and dyes are added to the must that has fermented. A carbonated wine drink is also produced using this technology, which is saturated with carbon dioxide. Such finished product somewhat similar to sparkling wines, but with a lighter taste. However, the quality and lightness of the final product directly depends on compliance with all technical rules and the quality of primary raw materials.

How to choose the right wine drink

Since you now know the difference between a wine drink and wine, we can talk about how to choose a more or less normal product. Among these products there are also quite good representatives, especially if it is not possible to buy good wine. What should you pay attention to when choosing this inexpensive alcohol?

  • Price policy. Such alcohol is several times cheaper than noble wine, and therefore is more attractive, especially for those who want to drink something pleasant, but not financially burdensome. A good product of this segment costs from 3 dollars for a bottle of 0.75 liters. You can get alcohol at a lower price, but most likely you will get more problems than any pleasure.
  • Place of purchase. Such alcohol can be bought almost anywhere, but it is best to purchase it in trusted stores or supermarkets.
  • Label- an important nuance when choosing any alcohol. The label must necessarily indicate what kind of alcohol it is, composition, bottling date, manufacturer, expiration date. Appearance is also of particular importance. Very poor paper, blurry text, bumps, traces of glue - all this indicates that the product is most likely of very poor quality or even spilled somewhere on a nearby street.

  • Liquid state. Good representatives of the series have liquid without precipitation, cloudy. If you overdid it with the addition of various non-natural ingredients or added very cheap alcohol material, a precipitate will be visible. It is better not to buy such alcohol, because such a sediment always gives an unpleasant aftertaste.
  • Tara. Alcohol can be sold in almost any container - a bottle, a tetra pack, a plastic container. But if you choose a good one, then you should still buy a bottled version, since you will have the opportunity to view the liquid, and there is less chance that poor-quality packaging will spoil the taste.

How to serve and drink

  • Training. Alcohol is best served in a decanter. Thus, alcohol will breathe and reveal its positive qualities.
  • Tableware. It can be served in almost any glass. There are no special requirements for alcohol. You can use tulip glasses, as for wine.
  • Temperature. It is better to cool alcohol before serving, as when room temperature it will have an unpleasant taste and aroma. It is better to cool to 6-8 degrees.
  • When to apply. Can be used both as and as . The first option is preferable, since alcohol excites the appetite well.
  • Atmosphere. It is advisable to drink it in the afternoon or at lunchtime. It would be appropriate to use in a friendly company, on vacation, during lunch or dinner.

Snack

As an appetizer, a huge number of dishes are served. with order drink and drink. The only exceptions are liquid dishes. What is served?

  • Light snacks, tartlets, sandwiches.
  • Salads.
  • Fruit and cheese plates.
  • Desserts and sweets.
  • Fish - salmon, carp, trout.
  • Meat dishes - veal, poultry, game.
  • Grilled dishes are good.
  • Seafood - mussels, squid, oysters, shrimp.

Vzboltay decided to sort out this sentimental issue, and what came of it, see below ...

Short answer

Wine- a drink that is obtained during fermentation fresh berries grapes or grape must.

It should be noted that in Russia there is a law, on the basis of which a drink made exclusively from grapes is considered wine, all other additives, be it sugar, alcohol, acid or something else, automatically deprive the drink of this valiant name.

wine drink- a product in which, in addition to wine raw materials, there is something else, for example: sugar, alcohol, etc. The quality of such products is different, from good to obvious falsification. The taste and smell of such alcohol almost always loses to its "big brother".

What is hidden under the wine drink

According to the standard, a wine (still or carbonated) drink must contain at least 50% wine material. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs neglect this law, using a much lower percentage, which undoubtedly affects the products.

As a rule, such drinks are made from the same wine materials as in the production of wines. Although it often happens that "wine" for various reasons cannot be considered complete. This is due to production errors, for example, if the fermented grape juice has acquired an unpleasant odor or taste.

If a similar situation occurred at a large enterprise, then sometimes the manufacturer simply dilutes the damaged raw materials with alcohol or ordinary drinking water. In addition, berry or fruit flavors, plus various dyes, are often added to such material.

Important!

The inscription "Wine drink" on the bottle label has nothing to do with such concepts as: powdered wine and dry alcohol.

Fortified wines and wine drink

Most of the Russian fortified wines until 2014 were labeled as “Wine Drink”, but at the moment all fortified strong wines made in Russia from own grapes are qualified by law as “Special Liqueur Wines”.

Very often, such ordinary wines smell of alcohol, but this is not because “they are fortified with the wrong thing”, but because only about a year passes until it is ready and bottled, while fine wines are aged in bottles three years more.

Of course, there are always frank bodyagi like port 777 and the like, which, in addition to the distant taste, can cause significant damage to your body.

Pay attention to the price of a wine drink

The price of this product is noticeably lower than that of traditionally made wine, and in Russia it averages from 140 rubles. That is why this drink is very popular among those who are not able to buy more expensive and high-quality wine.

However, despite the low cost, the mentioned product can still be relatively fragrant and have worthy palatability. But this is only possible if the wine drink was made in good faith, that is, the manufacturer did not try in any way to mask any poor-quality or spoiled raw materials.
