    Onions, peeled, chopped into small cubes to fry faster. You can cut into strips, half rings, still grind in the future. We heat the pan, pour in refined vegetable oil. Any odorless and non-smoking one is suitable here, including olive oil. After 30 seconds, lay out the onion slices and at a moderate temperature, stirring occasionally, sauté until golden brown. Instead of onions, they take leeks, shallots, less spicy salad varieties, and garlic - keep in mind that a strong garlic flavor can kill the delicate taste of cod liver.

    Carrots three standard or small shavings. Cut into circles, bars or something else large should not be. Then the solid root crop will have to languish for a long time. Add a heap of carrots to the gilded onion, stir with a spatula and continue to fry for the next 7-10 minutes at low heat.
