Put the minced meat in a deep dish.

Add 1 chicken egg to minced meat.

Finely chop the greens, half the onion, add them to the minced meat.

Boil 4 tablespoons of rice, rinse in a colander, let the water drain. Add rice to minced meat for our future dish.

Grate half a large carrot on the smallest grater and add to the dish with minced meat.

Add salt and ground black pepper to the minced meat, and then mix thoroughly. As a result, we will get ready stuffing for zucchini.

For cooking in a pan, it is necessary to prepare vegetables for frying so that our dish is more fragrant. For frying, it is best to grate the remaining half of the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, tomato and zucchini pulp.

Then we heat vegetable or olive oil in a frying pan and stew all these vegetables under a closed lid for 10 minutes, not forgetting to salt and pepper them.

When the vegetables are a little stewed, add the stuffed zucchini, plunging them a little into the fry. Next, cover with a lid and simmer for 40-50 minutes over low heat.

  • 4 small zucchini;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 2 onions, diced;
  • ¼ cup of rice;
  • 150-200 g minced meat or minced meat;
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste;
  • lemon juice;
  • a few sprigs of dill for minced meat;
  • 5 tbsp olive oil;
  • salt and pepper.

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

4. Cut the tomato and put a slice on top, thereby covering the minced meat in the zucchini.

5. Dilute 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste with water in a glass and pour it on the bottom of the mold where the zucchini stand. Then pour in a little water so that the water is no higher than the middle of the zucchini.   • Zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • Minced meat - 700 g.
  • Tomatoes - 7-8 pcs.

  • Onion - 1 pc.

Peel the zucchini. Cut into slices a little less than 1 cm thick, salt.

Cut all vegetables (onion, sweet pepper, tomato) into small pieces, three carrots on a coarse grater.

My zucchini, cut off the tails, do not peel, as young zucchini have a delicate and thin skin. Cut each zucchini lengthwise and scrape out the flesh with a spoon. Rub the halves with salt and leave on the table.
