When preparing such cutlets, the main thing is not to be too lazy and do everything according to technology, then they will turn out lush, will not fall apart in a pan and will be very soft and juicy.

Ingredients for 6-7 cutlets:

  • pork - 500g;
  • onion - 1 pc;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • tomato sauce(ketchup) - 1 tablespoon;
  • breadcrumbs - 1 cup;
  • salt and black ground pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook minced pork cutlets

  1. For cutlets, it is better to take lean meat, which will be convenient to first cut into such thin slices, as in the photo below. I had a loin.
  2. We cut each slice into strips no more than 1 centimeter wide.

The meat will run away from under the knife, but we will periodically scrape it towards the center.

  9. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl. Break an egg into it. Add salt, pepper, fried onions with garlic, tomato sauce and half the breadcrumbs.
  10. Mix well and let stand for 15 minutes to moisten the crackers and swell. This will soften the patties and help keep them juicy.
  11. Pour the oil back into the clean skillet. Pour the remaining breadcrumbs onto a plate. We form cutlets from minced meat, bread each in breadcrumbs.
  12. We put in heated oil, fry on the first side first over high heat until crusty, turn over and also on the second side.
  13. Then we reduce the fire to a small one and cook again on each side for 7 minutes.
