This recipe is for 24 miniature pizzas. Therefore, if necessary, the components of the dough and filling can be proportionally reduced.

We create dough from:

  • 0.5 l of milk;
  • a bag of dry yeast;
  • 80 g of sugar;
  • 0.5 l of water;
  • 300 g margarine;
  • 2.1 kg flour;
  • three eggs;
  • vanilla (at the tip of a knife).

Mix slightly warmed milk, sugar and yeast. Leave warm until foam appears. Then add margarine (melted, but not hot), eggs (one white and two whole), warm water and vanilla. Pour the flour, knead the dough and leave it warm to “approach”. We divide the mass that has increased in volume into small balls, put it on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil and let them rest for 10-15 minutes.

In the meantime, we are engaged in the filling, consisting of:

  • 700 g of boiled sausage;
  • six bulbs;
  • 0.5 kg of mushrooms;
  • 470 g of hard cheese;
  • 400 ml of mayonnaise;
  • 400 ml ketchup.

We cut the onion into half rings, three hard cheese on a coarse grater. We cut the sausage into cubes, mushrooms into thin slices. For filling, mix mayonnaise and ketchup.

In the dough balls that have come up, make a recess with a glass. With our hands, we flatten and stretch the pizza bases a little, while leaving small sides. We lay out the filling in the following sequence: onion, mushrooms, sausage. We fill each mini-pizza with a tablespoon of filling. Top with grated cheese. For the test you need to take:

1. Cast 100 ml. warm water in a small cup and pour yeast into the water, add a spoonful of sugar. We mix everything.

6. When all the water is completely absorbed, dump the dough onto the prepared table. We continue to knead. All the flour should interfere with the dough, the dough will become elastic, smooth. In general, already similar to the dough. From this point on, the dough should be kneaded for at least 7-10 minutes.

7. Our dough is kneaded. It turned out to be dense, elastic and it does not stick to the hands. We put the dough in a cup, cover with a film and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

8. Time has passed, open the dough. Look how it got up. It has probably doubled in size.

13. Roll the pizza dough into a roll. Cut the roll into "washers" about 2 centimeters wide. These "washers" will be our mini pizzas.

14. Do the same with the second half of the dough.

15. Put the resulting mini pizzas on a baking sheet greased with vegetable or olive oil. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of each pizza.

16. Bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

17. My mini pizzas are ready. These pizzas are very convenient to take on the road or on a picnic in nature. They are delicious even cold.
