  • 50 g raisins;
  • 15 g butter;

We prepare as follows:

  1. Lightly beat the sour cream, eggs and 2/3 of the sugar with a whisk. Put boiled rice and washed raisins into this mass, mix.
  2. Remove the core from the apple, cut it into strips and mix with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place half of the rice mixture in a greased electric saucepan. Spread apple straws on it in an even layer, on top - the remaining rice mass, on top of which spread small pieces of butter.
  4. Cook the casserole using the "Bake" option for 50 minutes. After cooking is complete, allow the dish to cool slightly in the slow cooker, then invert onto a steamer rack and cool before serving.

Rice porridge casserole


Leftover milk porridge? No problem! You can always cook from it delicious casserole.

To make rice milk porridge casserole, you need:

  • 400 ml of milk;
  • 100 g of rice cereal;
  • 120 g of sugar;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 3 yolks of chicken eggs;
  • 2-3 g of vanillin;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking steps:

  1. First of all, we cook milk rice porridge. Boil the milk in a saucepan of suitable size, pour the washed cereal into it, put the butter. Cook until rice is cooked.
  2. Grind egg yolks with sugar and vanilla. Combine the resulting mixture with rice porridge, after which a mass should be obtained in consistency close to cream.
  3. Transfer to the prepared form, which should spend 40 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees

In order for the rice porridge casserole to be covered with a delicious caramel crust, the form for it should be greased with butter and crushed with sugar.

Option for the little ones

Rice casserole, like in kindergarten for the little ones, is prepared from:

  • 180 g of rice;
  • 500 ml of milk;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 100 g raisins;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2 g vanillin.

Sequence of actions:

  1. First, boil the washed rice in water for 10 minutes after it boils. Then drain the water, and pour the rice with milk heated to a boil and cook until fully cooked.
  2. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the first ones into a fluffy strong foam, and grind the yolks with a whisk with vanilla and sugar until all the grains are completely dissolved.
  3. Mix boiled rice with soft butter and egg yolks. After that, with the utmost care, introduce protein foam so that the mass does not fall off.
  4. Transfer the prepared rice to a mold (you can use individual portion molds) and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown at 200 degrees.

With fruits and cottage cheese


Fruit diversifies the look of the casserole.

For the variant of rice casserole with cottage cheese and fruits, you can use any fruits and berries to taste, while the proportions of the ingredients will be as follows:

  • 100 rice;
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of crystalline sugar;
  • 5-10 g vanilla sugar;
  • 2-3 chicken eggs;
  • 50 g butter;
  • fruits or berries to taste.

Progress:

  1. After washing the rice groats, boil it until tender in water or milk.
  2. Soft butter, cottage cheese, yolks, vanilla and regular sugar, beat with a submersible blender until smooth. Proteins with a mixer turn into a lush foam.
  3. Combine boiled rice, cottage cheese mass and whipped proteins. Then transfer this mass to the prepared form, and put washed, dried and chopped (if necessary) fruits or berries on top.
  4. Cook the casserole in the oven at 160-180 degrees. Depending on the diameter of the mold, the sweet rice casserole will be ready in 30-40 minutes.

To prepare rice casserole with exotic fruit (banana) you will need:

  • 90 g of rice cereal;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 100 g bananas;
  • 100 g shortbread cookies;
  • 30 g sugar;
  • 15 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 3 g salt.

Preparation description:

  1. Boil rice groats in milk. Chop the banana pulp into circles, and grind the cookies into crumbs.
  2. Crush the bottom of a rectangular baking dish greased with butter with a crumb of biscuits, spread the banana circles on top, which are sprinkled with half the sugar. Transfer the porridge to the fruit pulp, crush it with the remaining sugar and crumbs.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, and then brown the top to a crust under the grill for 2-3 minutes.

Pumpkin Casserole


Pumpkin is a storehouse of useful minerals and nutrients.

Not only tasty, but also a bright vitamin casserole can be made from rice and pumpkin. In this case, the following products are required:

  • 500 g pumpkin pulp;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 200 g of apples;
  • 100 g dried apricots, raisins;
  • 60 g of rice cereal;
  • 40 g butter;
  • sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Cook from rice in milk crumbly porridge. Cut the pumpkin pulp into cubes, and chop the apple into thin slices. Lightly sauté the sunny vegetable and the apple in the butter.
  2. Put apples with pumpkin on the bottom greased with butter, crush them with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, spread rice porridge mixed with dried fruits in the next layer.
  3. Grease the top of the casserole with butter and put in the oven for half an hour. Temperature oven should be set at 180 degrees.

Rice casserole like in kindergarten - simple, but tasty and healthy dish beloved by many since childhood. Kids get all the necessary vitamins and minerals, which are part of rice, cottage cheese, eggs and raisins. Due to the fact that the casserole is sweet and fragrant, children are happy to eat this healthy dessert, even if they do not like rice porridge or cottage cheese.

Additionally, you can add a little ground cinnamon or vanilla to the dough, they will make the rice casserole even more appetizing. Instead of sugar, you can add to the dough ripe banana crushed into puree. In addition, the finished casserole can be poured or condensed milk.

Ingredients:

  • 140 g rice
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 50 g raisins

How to cook rice casserole like in kindergarten:

Rinse the rice thoroughly, pour a large amount cold water and put on fire. Boil rice for 5-7 minutes after boiling.

Then drain all the hot water from the cereal. Pour the rice with a glass of hot milk.

Cover the pan with a lid and continue to boil the rice grits in milk until tender. Let the cooked rice cool to room temperature.

Separate the yolk from the protein. Mix the yolk with softened butter and beat the mixture with a mixer.

Add cottage cheese to the resulting mixture, mix.

Let's add a little granulated sugar. At will, a cottage cheese rice casserole, like in kindergarten, can be completely sugar-free.

Wash the raisins and steam them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then we dry the dried fruits with napkins and add the raisins to the dough.

Next, add rice cooked in milk.

Beat the protein to stable peaks with the addition of a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon juice.

Gently introduce whipped protein into the dough and mix the ingredients with a spatula, following the recipe for rice casserole as in kindergarten.

Let's shift ready dough into a baking dish. I used silicone mold, it does not need to be pre-lubricated with oil. It is better to pre-grease a metal, glass or ceramic baking dish with a piece of butter.
