  3. When the drink acquires a rich color, drain the liquid, strain. You can stop at this stage, the tincture will be good in itself. But if we want to get a liqueur, add sugar to the tincture, mix and let it brew for several days.

Remember the main rule for alcoholic beverages - time works for you, longer exposure - better taste.

You can speed up the process, heat the tincture a little, add sugar, stir until completely dissolved. Pouring on alcohol, in principle, is no different from liquor prepared on vodka. The strength of the liqueur is adjustable during preparation.
