It should be a little airy. You can't see it in the photo, but you can feel it when you stir it.


Now add cottage cheese. All at once. I use 2% cottage cheese, but you can use more fat.


Mix first as if with a spoon (with a mixer without turning on the speed), then at speed, until smooth.

Adding mango. Mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture.


Now let's prepare the molds. I have silicone ones. I soak them in water and then shake off the excess.
