Small dark green root leaves, rich burgundy radiccio, openwork, with a slight bitterness of frisse and crispy, sweet romano cheer up just by looking at it. It is in this mix that each of the salads manages to fully reveal its taste qualities, it is so self-sufficient that it does not even require the addition of any other ingredients. Just dress it with balsamic olive oil and the salad is ready!


You will need:

  • salad mix Tuscany Belaya Dacha - 1 pack
  • frozen young peas - 1 pack
  • shallots - 1-2 pcs
  • cheese tortellini - 1 pack
  • parmesan to taste
  • butter - 1 teaspoon
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

How to cook:

Boil the tortellini according to package instructions. At the last minute of cooking, add to them green pea. Drain and return the tortellini and peas to a dry saucepan. For the Dijon mustard vinaigrette sauce:

  • olive oil and white wine vinegar in a ratio of 3:1
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • coarse sea salt to taste

How to cook:

How to cook:

Butcher smoked fish into pieces about three inches wide. Mix salad mixture with lime juice, olive oil and sea salt.
