Ingredients for the filling: 300 grams of ham or chicken fillet, 200 grams of mushrooms, 80 or 100 grams of sour cream or mayonnaise, 1 onion, 100 or 150 grams of cheese, pepper, salt.

Cooking. Beat eggs with flour, sugar and salt. Add milk to egg mixture and beat well. From the omelette mass, bake 4 pancakes in a pan. Mushrooms cut into thin slices or straws. Finely chop the onion. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens.

In a pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion, add the mushrooms and fry a little. Take it off the stove and let it cool down. Ham or chicken raw fillet, cut into cubes, mix with onions, with fried mushrooms, add ½ of the whole grated cheese, salt, pepper, herbs and mix well. Put the filling on the edge of the pancake and roll it up so that the filling is inside. We put the pancakes with filling in a mold greased with vegetable oil, grease the pancakes with mayonnaise or sour cream on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes.

Chicken Casserole with Potatoes
Ingredients: 150 or 200 grams of chicken fillet, vegetable oil for frying, 30 or 40 grams of butter, dill, 50 or 70 grams of cheese, 2 onions, 100 or 150 grams of champignons, pepper, salt.
Ingredients for egg filling, 2 eggs, 1 cup cream or milk, 2 tablespoons sour cream, salt.

Cooking. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Wash chicken fillet, dry and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash mushrooms, dry and cut into slices. Wash the greens, dry and chop. Fry the potatoes in a hot pan. Transfer the potatoes to a greased baking sheet. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped dill. Fry the chicken fillet in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.

  • two cloves of garlic

First you need to clean the fillet under water and finely chop. After that, the prepared meat must be sent to a deep container. Now we take the eggs and beat them with a small amount of starch and mayonnaise and add the resulting mass to the fillet. Be sure to mix everything, add garlic and onions. Now sprinkle everything with salt, curry and pepper.

We recommend that you cover the container with a lid or cling film and go to infuse for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Now add oil to a hot frying pan and put one tablespoon of chopped minced meat. It is enough to fry everything for five minutes, and it is worth covering the pan with a lid.

Homemade chopped chicken cutlets with cheese

I offer a slightly different recipe, which obviously will not leave anyone indifferent to meatball lovers 🙂

The recipe calls for the following ingredients:

  • 600 grams of chicken fillet
  • 150 grams of cheese
  • three tablespoons of starch
  • 150 grams of kefir
  • one bow
  • three garlic
  • some greenery
  • salt, pepper and vegetable oil

First you need to wash the meat, then dry and cut into cubes. Now cut the onion, trying to make it as small as possible, then grate the cheese on a coarse grater and take a deep bowl. In it, mix the prepared ingredients and sprinkle them with garlic. Add kefir, pour starch, herbs and salt and pepper. After thorough mixing, send the container for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Fry over medium heat until done.

Chicken cutlets with mushrooms

And finally, I offer a very simple and quick recipe homemade meatballs.

For cooking, you need to take:

  • 600 grams fillet
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 150 grams of bread and the same amount of cream
  • a couple of onions and a teaspoon of sugar
  • 50 grams of fortified wine
  • one egg
  • 50 grams of butter
  • a little vegetable oil
  • fresh basil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Similarly to the first two recipes, we prepare the fillet, only with the addition of salt and pepper. Fry the onion in butter and vegetable oil until it becomes transparent. Wash and cut the mushrooms and add to the onions. Use sugar for frying, and the whole process should not exceed five minutes. We take only the pulp of bread and mix with cream and egg. This composition must be sent to a blender and achieve uniformity.

It's time to add the walnut and basil, then beat again. We take a deep bowl and mix meat, mushrooms, onions in it, add wine and the prepared mixture. It remains to make cutlets from the minced meat and fry them in oil.
