Ingredients:

  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • Hard cheese - 50g.

In this recipe, we'll start by making a thick chicken sauce. For this, mustard, salt, sour cream and black ground pepper mix in a bowl.

And then we move on to the meat. We cut the breast into two flat plates, but do not cut it to the end, leave about 1 cm undercut, then simply open the breast like a book, put it on the board.

Cover with cling film and beat with a hammer.

  • Milk - 200 ml.

In the meantime, let's prepare the filling. Finely chop mushrooms and onion. We send the onion to the pan with vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown. Then add the mushrooms, add salt, pepper to taste and fry everything together for about 10 minutes over medium heat. After frying, transfer the mushrooms to a plate.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and transfer to the mushrooms. Mix until smooth. The filling is ready.

Spread the filling in an even layer on each piece of chicken, not reaching the edge of about 2 cm.

And then we roll it into a tight roll and wrap it with cotton thread so that nothing unwinds, or fasten the edge with toothpicks.

Just do not use lavsan threads or other synthetics, there is a risk that they will melt.
