2. We chop the onion in half rings, and the mushrooms in thin slices and fry them together in a pan with butter. Don't forget to stir. Remove from heat after 10 minutes and let cool slightly. Then spread in an even layer on top of the potato slices.

3. Cut the pork into slices 1.5-2 cm thick and beat off.

You can leave it overnight, but in this case, be sure to send it with a plate to the refrigerator. Pour the remaining sauce over it - let it marinate.

We take a form for baking. We select each piece of meat from the marinade and gently blot the excess sauce with a towel.
