  2. Grind both types of cheese with a grater. Smaller is better.
  3. Do the same with boiled eggs. Add to cheese.
  4. Season the mixture with mayonnaise. Naturally, I recommend making homemade mayonnaise.
  5. Rub the crab sticks on a fine grater.
  6. We begin to sculpt Raffaello from cheese. We take a little cheese mass on a spoon, put an olive in the center and sculpt a ball.
  7. Roll it in crab shavings.
  8. Well, put it on a plate. We serve to the table. Cheese balls "Raffaello" - tasty, beautiful and very short.

Raffaello with walnuts

Ingredients:

  • hard cheese - 300 grams;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • crab sticks - 150 grams;

  2. It is done very simply.
  3. First rubbed a lot, a lot of cheese on a fine grater.
  4. We put it in a container. And then we rub the chicken egg, also on a fine grater.
  5. Mix cheese with egg and mayonnaise.
  6. We are preparing a surprise - a walnut.
  7. We make balls of cheese with an egg, and put a walnut inside. But while the cheese is soft, the balls are not perfect. Then put it in the refrigerator.
  8. Rub the frozen crab sticks on a fine grater and roll the cheese balls in them, previously aligned.

Cheese "Raffaello"

This appetizer appearance resembles Raffaello sweets, but instead of coconut shavings - shavings from crab sticks. Instead of a nut in the middle of an olive or an olive. Olives can be stuffed with walnuts. The appetizer itself, unlike the original sweets, is not sweet at all, but a little spicy and salty.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks,
  • melted cheese,
  • eggs,

Cooking method:

  1. You will need crab sticks, processed cheese, eggs, olives, garlic and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • Pitted olives - 1 can
  • Peeled walnuts - 100 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Crab sticks - 1 pack
  • Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method:

  1. Put a walnut inside each olive;
  2. Grate cheese and crab sticks into a fine grater, mix cheese with mayonnaise, add grated garlic;
  3. prepared olives take one by one, roll first in the cheese mass, and then in crab sticks. Put the resulting balls on a plate on a leaf of green lettuce.
  4. It turns out very tasty and unusual, but I also made it on a canapé, piercing each rafaelka with a toothpick.
  5. And the most delicious, if you take prunes instead of olives, inside which you put a walnut. I like it this way. because the taste is more spicy and fresh.
  6. You can sprinkle some herbs on top.

Appetizer Raffaello with olives and walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of olives or black olives
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 1-2 processed cheese (not sweet)
  • 1 pack of crab strips
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • mayonnaise

Cooking method:

  1. We buy olives without pits.
  2. Grind walnuts, but do not turn them into dust.
  3. It is very good that they are in pieces.
  4. Then, biting into the Raffaello snack, you will feel the taste of nuts.
  5. Melted cheese and crab sticks lightly freeze and three on a fine grater.
  6. We clean the garlic, wash and pass through the garlic.
  7. Mix melted cheese with garlic and season with mayonnaise.
  8. Cheese-garlic mass should not be liquid.
  9. We stuff each olive with walnuts.
  10. We make a cake from the cheese-garlic mass, put the stuffed olives inside and form balls.
  11. Then roll them in crab sticks.
  12. We put the formed balls on a dish that will be served to the table, and place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  13. Cooking them is not difficult and the Raffaello appetizer looks very nice on the festive table.

Cheese rafaello with garlic

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of hard or processed cheese;
  • 5 boiled chicken eggs;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 200 grams of frozen crab sticks;
  • 1 small fresh cucumber;
  • 200 grams of slightly salted red fish;
  • light sesame;
  • a mixture of white and black sesame seeds;
  • raw carrot;
  • quarters of walnuts;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • greens (dill or cilantro);
  • Sun-dried tomatoes;
  • pitted olives;
  • ground sweet red pepper;
  • pita.

Cooking method:

  1. First we need to prepare the base festive snack. To do this, grate hard cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press. Some housewives use processed cheese, but I prefer hard cheeses.
  2. Salt, pepper to your taste, dilute with mayonnaise and knead. (Mayonnaise must be added so that the consistency of the mixture is suitable for sculpting balls).
  3. We divide the cheese-garlic mass into 5 parts.
  4. Pour 2/3 of the grated crab sticks into the first plate and add a spoonful of mayonnaise. We mix everything thoroughly. (Leave the remaining crab sticks for breading). Form into balls with wet hands. They can be anything in size: I like small ones, so I use one teaspoon of mass. Balls with such a filling can be decorated with grated on a fine grater chicken yolk or roll in crab breading.
  5. We clean the cucumber from the peel, chop it into small cubes and add to the cheese mass. Then cut the red fish into small cubes. Similarly, we form cheese balls, and in the middle we hide a small piece of salted fish. We bread the finished balls separately in each type of sesame.
  6. Raw carrots need to be grated and mixed with cheese. We stuff such balls with a quarter of a walnut. For decoration, we use pre-roasted and ground nuts.
  7. Then, to the cheese with eggs, add very finely chopped fish and green onions and half a spoonful of mayonnaise. We use greens for decoration.
  8. To prepare the fifth version of the festive snack: add chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the base. We hide an olive in the middle of each ball and bread in paprika.
  9. Cut pita bread into squares and dry them in a pan. Get crispy chips festive serving of our breaded cheese balls.

Snack for the holiday

Ingredients:

  • Leafy greens (salad) - 4-5 Pieces
  • Hard cheese - 100 grams
  • Crab sticks - 200 Grams
  • Chicken egg - 2 pieces

Cooking method:

  2. Grate cheese, eggs and crab sticks on the smallest grater. Set aside a third of the mass of crab chips separately for breading the balls. Add mayonnaise. Salt and other spices as desired, I did not add anything, not even salt, it was just enough for my taste. Mix well.
  3. Roll the balls from the cheese-crab mass, the size does not matter, do what you like. Mine are about the size of a walnut. Roll each ball in crab shavings.
  4. Spread the balls on lettuce leaves. Cut the olives into halves and place each half on a ball, press a little. So the "Christmas tree balls" are ready.

Appetizer New Year's Rafaelo

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr. hard cheese
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:

  1. We rub boiled eggs, garlic and hard cheese on a fine grater, add allspice, mayonnaise and mix well until a dense homogeneous mass.
  2. Taste it, add salt if necessary.
  3. The basis for our cheese balls is ready, the mass should not be dry and not liquid, so that in the future it will be convenient to form balls.
  4. Divide it into 5 separate parts, and transfer to different bowls.
  5. First, let's prepare the crab balls. Pour into our base 100 gr. grated frozen crab sticks on a fine grater, add a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix well. Another 100 gr. grated crab sticks set aside for sprinkling.
  6. To get beautiful crab chips, it is better to rub the sticks frozen. The mass is prepared, we proceed to the formation of balls.
  7. It is more convenient to do this with gloves moistened with water, use a teaspoon. We collect a full teaspoon of the mass and roll the ball with wet hands, breading each in crab shavings. We put the balls on a separate plate, that's what happened in the end.
  8. Now let's start making another type of cheese balls.
  9. To do this, peel a small fresh cucumber from the skin, cut it into a very small cube and add it to the main cheese mass, mix well.
  10. With the help of a teaspoon, we collect the mass in our hand, make a small depression in which we put a piece of any lightly salted red fish that you can afford.
  11. We make blanks for further sprinkling. And now we roll the prepared balls in a mixture of white and black sesame, as well as in pure white sesame.
  12. To prepare the third type of balls, add to the cheese base, grated on a fine grater, a small raw carrots, and mix well.
  13. We collect a teaspoon of the mass, put a quarter of a walnut in the center and roll the balls, make blanks.
    We bread our balls in pre-fried and chopped walnuts.
  14. We proceed to the preparation of the fourth type of cheese balls, for this, add lightly salted red fish cut into small cubes, finely chopped green onions into the reserved cheese mass and mix gently.
  15. If you see that the mass turns out to be rather dry, add half a spoonful of mayonnaise so that it is softer, pliable, rolls easily, does not stick to your hands, but does not spread.
    We roll cheese blanks from the prepared mass, they themselves turn out to be beautiful, marble, they may not be breaded.
  16. To prepare green balls - bread in any finely chopped greens, fresh or dried. You can use dried cilantro.
  17. And the last fifth option. Add finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the cheese mass and mix.
  18. We collect a teaspoon of the prepared mass, put one whole olive without a stone in the middle, and form balls. Dip in paprika.
  19. All cheese balls are cooked and put them on a serving dish.

Appetizer of crab sticks "Raffaello"

I think that this recipe is still for an amateur, since the appetizer of crab sticks and cheese has a rather salty taste and lovers of olives will like it more. Try to make the balls as small as possible, then the appetizer looks more elegant and more convenient to eat.

  5. Roll the cheese ball in crushed crab sticks.

Appetizer Raffaello crab sticks

Ingredients:

  • frozen crab sticks - 100 g
  • several walnut kernels - 30 grams
  • pitted black olives - quantity at your discretion
  • hard grated cheese -100-150 g
  • garlic clove
  • 1 boiled egg
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce leaves for decoration.

Cooking method:

  1. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  2. Grate the boiled egg or chop finely.
  3. Finely chop the garlic.
  4. Add enough mayonnaise so that the mass grabs a little, but is not liquid.
  5. Walnuts finely break (cut) so that they are placed in the middle of the olive, instead of the stone. Read more:
