  2. Finely crumbled yeast is poured into the warm mixture. Mixed yolks and warm water are immediately added there. By the way, instead of it, you can take slightly warmed milk.
  3. The resulting composite mixture is poured into the flour sifted a couple of times.

3. We take a deep container, sift the flour into it, cut soft butter into cubes and mix with our hands.

2. In a large deep bowl, combine yeast mixture with beaten eggs, remaining sugar and melted butter (warm).


3. Add the sifted flour in small portions and knead the dough with a mixer, bread machine or by hand.


4. Cover the dough cling film and put in a warm place for 1 hour.


5. In the meantime, the dough is rising, you need to cook apple filling. To do this, we need to wash and peel the apples, then cut them into small cubes and put them in a saucepan.

Apples are better durum varieties, then they will not turn into porridge during the preparation of the filling.

We fall asleep chopped apples with sugar and put on a small fire. Bring to a boil and cook covered for 10 minutes to soften the apple pieces. Remove the apples from the heat, add the juice of one lemon and vanillin.
