  • Soft processed cheese 100 gr.

How to cook:

Mushrooms must be fried in vegetable oil with onions in advance.

Cut the smoked leg into thin slices.

Grate hard cheese on the smallest grater.

We unfold the sheet of pita bread on the table.

Spread pita bread with cream cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of thin pita (size about 20x40 cm);
  • 200 gr soft cottage cheese;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • 0.5 bunch of dill;
  • salt - to taste;
  • 100 gr chicken fillet;
  • 1 large tomato;

How to cook:

First, let's prepare the filling. We grind the cottage cheese with a blender, finely chop the dill, pass the garlic through a press. We combine the cottage cheese, half the dill and garlic.

We mix and certainly try - you may want to salt the resulting mass.

Boil the chicken breast in salted water. This is quite fast - in 25-30 minutes the fillet will be ready. Cool chicken meat and cut into small pieces.

Cut the tomato into slices, remove the middle with seeds (liquid part). And cut the rest (solid) into small cubes.

We put curd mass on pita bread.

Then we spread the chicken fillet, tomato and the remaining chopped dill on top.

We twist the pita bread into a tight roll. We do this slowly so that the thin pita bread does not tear. We pack the roll in cling film, foil or a simple plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours - soak.

And then we take out and cut into rings 1-2 cm thick.

✅ Baked chicken roll in the oven

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of thin pita bread;
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • 100 gr chicken fillet;
  • 1 egg;
  • salt, black pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 1 yolk.

How to cook:

Grease a sheet of pita bread with 1 tbsp. mayonnaise (preferably homemade)

Prepare the stuffing for the roll. Cut the onion into half rings, three carrots on a coarse grater. Pass on low heat in vegetable oil, first onion half rings, and then, when they become transparent, add carrots to them and cook everything in place, stirring, over low heat, for 5-7 minutes.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender, cut into small cubes. Hard boil the egg, cool, peel and also cut into cubes.

We combine the ingredients for the filling: onions with carrots, chicken fillet, egg. Add the remaining mayonnaise and mix. If necessary, salt and pepper to taste.

We spread the filling evenly on a sheet of pita bread.

And put the roll in a baking dish, greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Beat the egg yolk and brush it over the top of the roll.

Now you can send the form with pita bread to the oven, heated to 220 degrees. As soon as the surface of the pita bread is covered with a golden crust (approximately after 15 minutes), the form can be taken out.

  • 1 thin sheet of lavash;
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 100 gr smoked chicken fillet;

Fry the roll first on one side for 2-3 minutes - until golden, and then turn over to the other side and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 meter lavash
  • 150 g hard cheese
  • 350 g chicken fillet
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • 1 tsp spicy mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml refined vegetable oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 tsp ground paprika
  • small bunch of fresh dill and parsley

How to cook:

We wash the chicken fillet and clean it from the films. Boil the meat in a whole piece until cooked in salted water with the addition of bay leaf and black allspice. Then cool the chicken fillet to room temperature and cut into small cubes.

Grind a piece of hard cheese on a grater with large holes.

Separate the dill and parsley from the stems, wash and chop finely.

In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients for the filling: chopped boiled meat, grated cheese and herbs. Let's add ground spices and salt to taste.

Now carefully mix the filling so that it becomes homogeneous.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream with a fat content of 15-20% and spicy mustard. Stir the mixture to a homogeneous consistency.

Armenian lavash one meter long cut into 4 identical parts. Lubricate pita bread with a mixture of sour cream and mustard. In the middle, lay out a few tablespoons of chicken filling and hard cheese.

We wrap the edges of the pita bread, forming an envelope in such a way that the filling is inside.

In a deep plate, beat one chicken egg so that the yolk and protein are combined. Dip an envelope of pita bread into a beaten egg so that it is completely covered with it.

Then put the blanks in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry the pita envelopes in a pan on all sides so that they become golden.

Ingredients:

  • Fillet smoked chicken 100 gr
  • Beijing cabbage 100 gr
  • Processed cheese "Druzhba" 100 gr
  • Mayonnaise 80-100 gr
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Lavash 2 sheets

Cooking:

Cut the smoked chicken breast into thin slices.

We clean the garlic, pass through a press, and mix with mayonnaise.

Peking cabbage shredded into strips.

Spread the first sheet of pita bread with half of the mayonnaise.

Spread evenly grated processed cheese and half Chinese cabbage.

Cover with a second sheet of pita bread.

Lubricate the second sheet of pita bread with the remaining mayonnaise, and lay out the chicken.

We spread the processed cheese on the pita bread.

We cover with a second sheet of pita bread, and press it well with our fingers so that the pita bread “sticks together” and a beautiful dense roll is obtained.

We spread the remaining mayonnaise on the second sheet of pita bread, and spread the Korean carrot.

Put the smoked chicken breast on the last layer.

We turn the pita bread into a tight roll, and make sure that there are no voids.

Ingredients:

  • 1 thin pita bread;
  • 100 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 medium-sized tomato;
  • 1 small cucumber;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • 3-4 pieces of large lettuce leaves;
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 0.5 tsp dry basil.

Cooking:

For this recipe, we need chicken fillet. It can be pre-boiled or fried in a pan, cut into small pieces.

Thin pita bread (it is also called Armenian) is laid out on flat surface(an ordinary kitchen worktop will do) and grease with mayonnaise. On top we lay out the lettuce leaves, torn into several pieces (solely for the convenience of unfolding).

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and spread on lettuce leaves.

Cucumber and tomato are also cut into small pieces - cubes with a side of up to 1 cm - and spread on a sheet of pita bread, in company with the chicken breast.

Three hard cheese on a medium grater (or any other, to your taste) and sprinkle vegetables and chicken on top. You can add your favorite spices on top - I have basil, so I put it in, it seems to me that it goes well with all the ingredients.

We just have to roll the pita tightly into a roll, and our dish is ready.

Such a pita roll with chicken and vegetables can also be eaten in this form (like shawarma).

And you can cut into portions.

Shawarma ingredients

  • 4 thin lavash
  • 400 g chicken fillet
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 100 g white cabbage
  • 100 g Korean-style carrots
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp curry

sauce ingredients

  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 200 g kefir
  • 3 art. l. sour cream
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 0.5 tsp hops-suneli
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika

How to cook

First, prepare the shawarma sauce, as it will still have to brew. To do this, in a deep bowl, mix high-quality thick mayonnaise, kefir with a fat content of 2.5% and fat sour cream. Stir to combine the ingredients. I recommend using medium-fat products to make the sauce thick enough.

Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press. Add garlic to the resulting sauce.

Now let's add the spices. I usually use ground paprika, suneli hops and curry according to the recipe of my cook friend.

Mix and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the dry spices in the sauce disperse and it is infused.

In the meantime, let's get down to cooking our stellar fast food. Wash and dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. Clean the meat and cut into long strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the chicken in it. Salt and add spices. I have this black pepper and curry, you can use ready seasoning for chicken.

Fry the meat until golden brown and cool.

We cut the cabbage as thin as possible, cucumber and tomato - in half rings.

Lubricate the pita leaf with a ready-made fragrant sauce.

On one side, lay out the Korean-style chicken and carrots fried with spices.

Lay shredded white cabbage on top.

Grate hard cheese. Let's put some stuffing on them.

First, wrap the filling in a tight roll, then fold the bottom edge.

And carefully wrap the shawarma in a roll.

Now it remains to fry it on a grill or a dry frying pan so that it warms up and a delicious golden crust forms on top.
