Salad is different traditional recipe only a few ingredients, but it is they who radically change the taste, creating a new flavor combination.

Ingredients:

  • Korean carrot - 300 gr.;
  • Smoked chicken - 300 gr.;
  • Green peas - 1 bank;
  • Eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml;
  • Rice vinegar - 10 ml;
  • Mayonnaise.

Cooking:

Let's start cooking with an omelet. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add a little sugar and beat with a mixer until homogeneous mass. Adding soy sauce and add vinegar and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture into a heated frying pan and fry well on both sides. Let the omelette cool down and start collecting the salad. We combine Korean carrots with peas. Cut the omelet into strips and add to the mixture. Also add the chopped chicken. Mix well and season with mayonnaise. Fifteen minutes later you can serve.

Wonderful and simple, these are perhaps the words that most accurately fit this dish.

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms - 300 gr.;
  • Onion - 1 pc;
  • Chicken fillet - 300 gr.;
  • Carrot in Korean - 150 gr.;
  • Cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • Greens, mayonnaise.

Cooking:

Mushrooms are cleaned, washed, cut and fried with the addition of onions and spices until tender. Separately, boil the chicken fillet. Let cool after heat treatment. Further preparation of products consists in their grinding. Mayonnaise smears the bottom of the plate and each next layer of salad. The dish is collected in the following sequence: mushrooms with onions; chicken meat; carrots in Korean; cucumber. Sprinkle with herbs on top and let it soak a little.

The salad is used as a filling for pita bread, an exceptionally simple and tasty dish.

Ingredients:

  • Lavash thin - 2 pcs;
  • Chicken fillet - 2 pcs;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs;
  • Mayonnaise - 50 gr.;
  • Vegetable oil, cilantro and dill.

Cooking:

Washed chicken fillet, cut into pieces and fried in vegetable oil. Then let the meat cool a little and put it in a deep plate, in which it will be convenient to mix the filling. We clean the boiled eggs and rub on a medium grater, adding to the plate to the meat. We also send Korean carrots there, with which we squeeze out excess moisture. Washed and chopped cilantro with dill is added to all products. Season everything with mayonnaise and mix well. We spread the pita bread on the table and lay out a portion of the filling. Evenly distribute the filling over the entire surface of the pita bread. Roll the pita bread into a roll and leave to soak for at least one hour. Serve chilled, cut into portions.
