After such a dish, your guests will definitely not leave you hungry. Preparing it is quite simple. The most important thing is to cook beef liver correctly, then such a dish will come out with a bang.

We will need:

  • beef liver - 300 g;
  • onions - 60 g;
  • carrots - 50 g;
  • pickles - 100 g;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • cheese for garnish (optional)
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt pepper.

Cooking:

1. We clean the beef liver from films and veins and soak for an hour in cold water. Then boil until cooked, cool and rub on a coarse grater.

Cook for 35-40 minutes with a whole piece. Salt five minutes before readiness.

How to cook beef liver salad with pickled onions?

The beauty of this very simple liver salad lies, of course, in the well-marinated onions. In fact, this combination of just two ingredients is great on its own, but some people add green peas as well. You can try both and choose the best option for yourself.

We will need:

  • beef liver - 600 g;
  • onions - 3 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt;

For marinade:

  • vinegar - 0.5 cups;
  • sugar - 0.5 cups;
  • cold water - 1 glass.

Cooking:

1. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. We put them in a bowl and knead them lightly with our hands so that the half rings separate and let the juice flow.

2. Pour the onion with vinegar and water and cover with sugar. We mix everything very carefully and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

3. Boil the liver in a saucepan until tender. Then cool and cut into strips.

4. We take out the well-marinated onion from the refrigerator and drain the marinade from it and add it to the liver, season with mayonnaise and mix. An excellent appetizer, for which you can prepare products in advance, and make a salad just before serving.

Well, a very simple salad with beef liver. You can’t imagine it easier, which is why it can be cooked not only on holidays, but just like that. The ingredients are all pretty basic too. And if you now have this wonderful by-product at home, then the rest of the products, I'm sure, are also available. So get out and start cooking!

We will need:

  • beef liver - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • black ground pepper- 0.3 tsp;
  • greens for decoration;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

1. As always, first you need to soak the liver in cold water for 20-30 minutes, clean it from films and rinse thoroughly under running water.

For me, it always cleans well after soaking, but it is also advised to remove the film from a slightly frozen product, so it comes off easier.

2. Cut the liver into longitudinal pieces and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil. Fry an average of 5-7 minutes on each side.



Poke it with a toothpick, if a clear (not red) liquid flows out, then this indicates its readiness.

3. Cut the cooled meat into strips, three peeled carrots on a grater for Korean carrots and chop the onion with a knife.



4. We put the prepared products in a salad bowl, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. It is advisable to leave the salad to infuse in the refrigerator, and before serving it can be decorated with a sprig of dill.
