Then all other ingredients are added, thoroughly mixed. The finished dough is sent to a baking dish, pre-lubricated with butter and sprinkled with semolina, and placed for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180-200 ° C. That, in fact, is all. Mannik on kefir "Classic"

Ingredients:
200 g semolina (glass),
500 ml of kefir,
3 eggs,
100 g sugar
a pinch of salt,
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
10 g baking powder (or ½ tsp soda),

Pour ½ cup water into a saucepan, squeeze lemon juice and add sugar. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ready mannik, removing from the oven, leave in the form. Pour it with prepared syrup and wait until the cake has completely cooled.


Mannik on kefir with sour cream

Ingredients:
1 stack semolina,
1 stack kefir,
½ stack wheat flour
3 eggs,
1 stack Sahara,
100 g butter,
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
½ tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt.
For cream:
500 g thick sour cream
200 g powdered sugar,
1 tbsp lemon zest,
powdered sugar - to taste.

Cooking:
Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat well with a whisk. Continuing to beat, add kefir and flour mixed with baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar to the mass. Then add the semolina, butter and leave for 30 minutes to make the semolina swell. Pour the finished dough into a greased baking dish and bake at a temperature of 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes. For cream, whisk sour cream with powdered sugar and lemon zest. Cut the finished mannik into 2 or 3 cakes and grease the cakes with cream. Instead of sour cream can cook chocolate cream. Mannik on kefir without eggs

Ingredients:
1 stack kefir,

½ stack raisins,
