  • Butter or margarine must be soft. Therefore, we lay out the pack from the refrigerator in advance, you can even put it on the battery or next to the stove so that the oil softens faster.
  • Add soft margarine or butter a little to the egg-sugar mixture, beat for a short time, just to get a homogeneous mass.
  • By the way, for those who have no time to wait until the margarine softens, we recommend melting it on the stove over low heat. Then the amount of flour will have to be increased and when kneading the dough, add 1.5 cups.
  • Sift the flour, mix into the dough in small portions. Knead the dough well so that there are no lumps.
