Fill the liver with hot water (about 70º), but not boiling water, and leave for 3-5 minutes. After that, the film can be easily removed.

5. We will fry in a pan. Pour some vegetable oil into a container and heat it up. Spoon out the batter and spread it evenly over the entire surface. The thickness of the pancake should be about 5 mm. If it is too thin, it may tear when turned over.

6. You need to cook on medium heat, not on high. When the top has set, flip the pancake over with a spatula. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

7. If after the first cake there is oil left in the pan, then you do not need to pour it again. Or you can add a couple of tablespoons of oil to the dough itself. Continue baking the rest of the cakes in the same way.
