In advance (the day before the holiday) you can cook:

  • Red fish (clean and pickle);
  • Cutlets;
  • Cake (you can also do it on the day of the celebration, it’s quick. Or you can prepare the cream in advance, and collect the cake 1 hour before the arrival of the guests so that the oil has time to harden);
  • Boil vegetables in uniform (Olivier) and eggs (Olivier and tartlets).

On the day of the holiday
