Ingredients:

  • 3 cups nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 1 st. l. soy sauce;
  • 1/3 tsp black ground pepper;
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg;
  • 1/3 tsp chopped sage;
  • 1/5 tsp hot red pepper;

In a fairly large saucepan with a wide bottom, mix all the ingredients, except for the nuts.

  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

We have a simple party format, right? We won’t bother, we don’t want to spend a lot of time preparing snacks either, so we take a package of ready-made puff pastry and, of course, don’t tell anyone about it (you remember, before the guests arrived, you buzzed in the kitchen like Maya the bee, and not at all a bath accepted, leafing through your favorite gloss!). Five minutes of active cooking - and you have delicious cheese sticks on your table, which are so good with beer that you can bite off your tongue!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg puff yeast-free dough;
  • 1/4 tsp hot chili pepper;
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary;
  • 150 g of any hard cheese with a pronounced spicy taste;
  • if desired - a handful of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, you can take flax seeds or sesame seeds).

Unroll the defrosted dough on a lightly floured surface and - attention! - contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations, we additionally roll it out slightly.

  1. So finished goods become more tender and crispy.
  2. Of course, even layering will suffer in this case, but in the case of cheese sticks, we don’t need it.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients and spread evenly over dough.
  4. We rub the cheese on a grater and also evenly distribute it over the surface of the dough.

  6. Roll out a little again, and in this case, the main goal is to connect the cheese with the dough, to blind.

We cut into strips about 1 cm thick, then twist each strip several times in a spiral and put it on a baking sheet. We bake for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Lavash chips - sour cream and dill

I’ll tell you from experience: cooking potato chips at home is a lot of trouble, and the result, as a rule, no matter how hard you try, most often looks more like fried potatoes than the usual crunchy beer snack. However, there is an alternative - chips from ... pita bread. Of course, they do not have a characteristic potato flavor, however, they are deliciously spicy, slightly spicy, moderately salty and unusually crispy. I recommend with all my heart!

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 3 art. l. thick sour cream;
  • 1 st. l. vegetable oil;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 small bunch of dill;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Mixing sour cream vegetable oil, finely chopped dill, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper.
Lubricate the pita sheets with the resulting mass on one side, then stack them in a pile (one on top of the other), cut in half, fold them in a pile again, cut again, fold again - and so on, until the whole pita bread is cut into squares (rhombuses) with a side of about 3x3 cm .

The resulting pieces of pita bread are laid out in one layer on a baking sheet and baked in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. Carefully, do not overdry, so that the burnt pita bread does not taste bitter!

Sandwiches with cheese appetizer

No, probably, you shouldn’t make sandwiches anyway: can you imagine how inconvenient it is to jump with a glass of beer, participating in fun contests, and at the same time keep a huge sandwich on the weight? No, an emphatic no! But tiny canapes, perhaps, will come in handy: a crispy base from Borodinsky bread, delicious cheese mass, a delicate but vigorous taste of garlic - in my opinion, this is one of the best snacks for beer!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 processed cheese OK;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3-4 st. l. mayonnaise;
  • black bread.

Cut the bread into small squares, dry to a crispy state in a dry frying pan or in the oven.
Mix hard cheese, melted cheese, hard-boiled eggs, garlic and mayonnaise thoroughly with a blender. Put the resulting mass on bread using a pastry syringe. If desired, garnish with a parsley leaf or a slice of cheese "chips".

  1. The dough is kneaded and divided into 16 equal parts. They are rolled into sausages 50-60 cm long.
  2. Form a pretzel. To do this, the ends of the sausages are tucked to the middle and closed up - so that 2 ears are formed.

It takes about 20 minutes for a snack. It is prepared as follows:

  1. The bread is cut into slices of 1 cm. They are placed on a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, and fried on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Gherkins are cut in half and spread on croutons.
  3. Oil is drained from sprats to put them on sandwiches.

The number of sprats and gherkins on one sandwich is determined arbitrarily. Usually there are 1 cucumber and 2 sprats for 1 bread slice.

Hot sandwiches are cooked in the oven. They need the following ingredients:

  • loaf;
  • fresh tomatoes;
  • sausage;
  • mayonnaise.

Instead of sausage, ham or boiled pork is suitable. It will take no more than 20 minutes to cook. After preheating the oven to 180 degrees and greasing a clean baking sheet, you need to proceed with the following steps:

  1. Cut the bread into slices of 1 cm. Lubricate them with a thin layer of mayonnaise and put on a baking sheet.
  2. After washing the tomatoes, cut them into thin slices. Distribute over bread.
  3. Cut the sausage into slices no wider than 0.5 cm. Place on sandwiches.
  4. Cut the cheese into pieces of about 0.3 cm and cover the sausage with it.
  5. Place the tray in the oven. The sandwiches are ready when the bread is dry and the cheese is melted.

The appetizer is served hot. Sandwiches taste better fresh - if you heat them in the microwave, the bread will soften.

Another variety of hot sandwiches can be prepared in 30 minutes. You will need the following products:

  • Rye bread;
  • chicken fillet;
  • hard cheese;
  • garlic;
  • butter;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt.

In addition, basil and spices are added to the dish. It takes up to 30 minutes to prepare. First of all, you need to soften the butter, for this you can turn on the stove and leave a cup of butter nearby. Next, do the following:

Add the butter and flour to a small saucepan, heat lightly over low heat, and then beat until smooth - this will take about a minute. Now add milk and keep stirring the mixture until it boils. Turn off the heat and pour in the chopped cheddar in batches, letting it melt into the sauce, but you can do it over low heat to speed up the process. Only in this case, be careful not to overheat the sauce.

Once all the cheese has melted, add the salt and chili powder. Taste and increase the amount of salt and spices if desired. If the sauce gets too thick, just add a little more milk to it.

Chips and fries are far from the only way to make a great beer snack out of potatoes. It is possible that someone may like the combination of intoxicating and, for example, mashed potatoes. But we still offer something more traditional - baked potato skins stuffed with a layer of melted cheese. Admit it - are you drooling already?

Ingredients:

    6 medium sized potatoes;

    3 art. l. sunflower oil;

    2 tbsp. l. salted butter;

    6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

    150 g cheddar cheese;

    100 g sour cream;

    green onion feather.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the potatoes, wipe dry, rub the outside with sunflower oil and place on the oven rack. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until soft when pierced with a knife.

Now take the potatoes out of the oven and leave for five minutes until cool. Raise the oven temperature to 230 degrees.

Cut each tuber lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh, leaving some potatoes on the skin.

Mix the melted butter with two tablespoons of sunflower oil and coat the potato skins on both sides. Place the halves face down on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes, until the edges of the potato skins begin to turn golden brown.

Remove the rack from the oven and fold the grated cheese and chopped bacon into the skins. Return the potatoes to the oven for about five minutes or until the cheese is melted. The final touch - coat each serving with sour cream on top and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

3. Cheese sticks "Unloading day"


Beer snacks that we make at home usually require tons of fat and a lake of vegetable oil, which can be a real nightmare for your stomach and liver. Take, for example, cheese balls- usually they are offered to deep-fry, but we will replace it with an oven. It will turn out not so high-calorie, but still very tasty - try it yourself!

Ingredients:

    1/4 cup breadcrumbs;

    2 tbsp. l. grated cheese Parmesan;

    1 tsp dried parsley;

    1/4 tsp dried basil;

    1/8 tsp dried oregano;

    1/8 tsp garlic powder;

    1/4 cup flour;

    1 large egg;

    marinara sauce.

Cut the cheese sticks in half and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Pour flour into a separate small bowl. In the third - beat the egg.

Dip the frozen cheese sticks alternately first into the flour (shaking off the excess), then into the egg, and then into the breadcrumbs. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with foil. When all the sticks are covered with breading, send the baking sheet to the freezer for at least 15 minutes. Don't skip this step so that your future snack does not spread on the baking sheet during baking!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the cheese sticks in the oven and bake for 4-5 minutes, then turn them over and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

4. Shrimp popcorn "One more please"

Ingredients:

    1 cup breadcrumbs;

    3 art. l. grated parmesan cheese;

    2 tsp seasonings for shrimp;

    1/4 tsp salt;

    1/4 tsp black pepper;

    1 egg white;

    450 g raw peeled medium-sized shrimp;

    lemon slices;

    fresh parsley.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking sheet parchment paper or aluminum foil. In a medium bowl, mix the parmesan, breadcrumbs, seasoning, salt and pepper until smooth. Take two more plates - one for the shrimp, the other for the whipped egg white.

Dip the shrimp in turn, first in the egg white and then in the cheese and breadcrumbs mixture. Carefully place the shrimp on the prepared baking sheet, then bake for three minutes on each side. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

5. Nachos "Viva, Mexico"


Do you want something exotic (preferably Latin American), but at the same time you don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking and looking for rare ingredients? Then the answer is obvious: it’s worth making nachos - this dish, by the way, is great not only for beer, but also.

Ingredients:

    1 st. l. olive oil;

    1 yellow onion;

    1 kg of ground beef;

    1/2 tsp chili powder;

    1/2 tsp paprika;

    1/2 tsp cumin;

    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper;

    1/2 tsp salt;

    1/2 tsp pepper;

    1 bank canned beans;

    1/2 cup hot water;

    packaging of nachos chips;

    1.5 cups grated cheddar cheese

    3 tomatoes;

    1 whole jalapeno;

    1/2 bunch of cilantro leaves;

    1 lime (juice);

    1 avocado.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan and fry half of the finely chopped onion over medium heat until soft. Then add Ground beef and cook it until the meat is lightly browned. Now add chili powder, paprika, cumin, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add beans and hot water and stir again. Reduce heat to low and simmer all ingredients over low heat for about 10 minutes.

For the sauce on your nachos, mix the other half of the finely chopped onion with the tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice, and half a teaspoon of salt. Mixed? All right, put that bowl aside for now.

To stuff the nachos, place minced beans and minced beans inside each chip and sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. In a large bowl, stir together one and a half cups of flour with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Introduce the beer, constantly stirring the mixture until smooth. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.

While the dough is resting, peel the onion and cut into 1/2-inch rings, then roll them in the remaining flour. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of a large heavy-bottomed saucepan (about two centimeters), and then heat it over medium heat.

When the oil begins to crackle, dip each ring in the batter, shaking off excess, and lower into the boiling oil. Allow the onions to simmer a little in the oil and turn the rings just once - each batch should cook for about three minutes in total.
