What products will be required:

  • 1 herring;
  • 2 beets (medium);
  • 3 root carrots;
  • 3 potato tubers;
  • 3-4 eggs;
  • 1-2 onions (medium size);
  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • 1 st. l. vinegar (9%);

Sequencing:

Step 1. We prepare products in advance. Boil beets, potatoes and carrots, clean. Our eggs are also hard boiled. The herring has been pitted. The fillet is cut into small cubes. The onion is finely chopped.

Step 2. We rub the beets with a grater with small cells. If it is watery, then put it in a strainer to drain excess juice.

In the roll, the beet mass should be dry to keep its shape.

Step 3. Pour a tablespoon of vinegar into the onion and mix it so that it marinates a little.

Little secret: Sprinkle herring (instead of mayonnaise) linseed oil. Its light bitter taste not only emphasizes the fish, but also gives it a special expressiveness.

Step 3. We mix both components in a bowl and let it stand for a while, soak in all the smells.

Step 4. When forming a roll, the layers are laid out in the reverse order. We cover the baking sheet cling film and spread the beet mass on it. We form a rectangle from it. We seal, trim the edges with a wide knife, salt a little. We draw a thin mayonnaise mesh.

Step 5. Put the boiled carrots in the second layer. To do this, three of her grater. We draw a mayonnaise mesh over the carrot layer and add some salt.

Make sure the roll rolls well. Each next layer should be a little smaller in size.

Step 8. Cover with a dish on top and turn over, moving the product from the baking sheet to the plate, seam down. Carefully stretch the film so as not to break the shape.

Step 9. We decorate the roll with a mayonnaise mesh, applying a zigzag lattice. In the middle of the product, you can place white flowers cut from the tops of a boiled egg (squirrel).

We cut green leaves from the cucumber peel. Here in such a new form, you can present a herring under a fur coat to your guests for the holiday. Bright, beautiful, unusual!

Incomparably delicious salad with mushrooms "New Year's Chimes"

This masterpiece looks bright and creative, reminiscent of the celebration itself. After all, you can’t put it on the table on other holidays. Only once a year, you can please yourself with such a salad dressing. A delicious, unforgettable appetizer with smoked breast and pickled mushrooms leaves no one indifferent.

The composition of the ingredients can be taken into account for any celebration. And if you miss its taste, you can always repeat it by changing its design. It is prepared simply and quickly if the ingredients are prepared in advance, stacked in layers with mayonnaise.

Products:

  • 500 g smoked breast turkey or chicken;
  • 250-300 g pickled mushrooms;
  • 200 g of cheese (hard grade);
  • 3 boiled potatoes;
  • 3-4 eggs;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • 100-150 g of mayonnaise;
  • pomegranate, carrot, onion (for decoration);
  • salt pepper;

How will we cook:

The first layer is boiled potatoes. We rub it on a coarse grater. Salt a little and pepper a little. Sprinkle the potato layer with finely chopped green onions.

It is worth taking care in advance to buy these products. The rest of the ingredients will always be in the kitchen. The cooking process is simple. We will collect products in layers and grease them with mayonnaise.

What will be required:

  • 300 g smoked salmon fillet;
  • 3 medium sized potatoes;
  • 100 g of red caviar;
  • 2-3 carrots;
  • 4-5 eggs;
  • half an avocado;
  • 340 g canned olives;
  • mayonnaise;

Cooking:

A bright, delicious and beautiful dish with shrimp and avocado is prepared with just three ingredients. But this does not prevent him from looking truly festive.

Products:

  • 200 g avocado;
  • 150 g boiled shrimp;
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes;

  • 2-3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice (or lime juice);
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt pepper;

First, let's prepare the dressing. We take 2 small cups. We put mayonnaise in one. The second one is empty. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic. We divide it into two parts. We send most of it to mayonnaise, the smaller one - to an empty cup on the right.

Cut the lime in half. Squeeze out 1 tbsp. l. in a cup with mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. l. in a bowl containing only garlic. And immediately fill it up olive oil. We pepper both seasonings. Add salt to butter and stir. The second filling is ready. You will need it for vegetables.

In the first (mayonnaise) sprinkle cumin and turmeric and also mix. She's for the shrimp.

Let's start shaping the salad. We will make it in separate glasses - in portions. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and send to the bottom of each glass. Pour them with oil dressing (1 tablespoon in each glass).

Cut the avocado into small pieces and put them on the tomato layer. And also pour dressing with oil.

  • 100 g prunes;

  • 4-5 eggs;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise, salt.

Sequential actions:

Cut the boiled meat into pieces and send it to a large bowl. Any meat can be used for this dish. Delicious with chicken, beef. We have pork. Finely chop the prunes, onion and mushrooms. Three cheese on a coarse grater.

In a heated pan with oil, fry the onion until translucent. Add grated carrots to the pan, fry for a few more minutes. We also put mushrooms here. With constant stirring, we wait for the moisture to evaporate from the mushrooms. Salt food and remove from heat. Add the cooled roast to the bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix. This is the basis for our salad.

Now let's decorate. Proteins are separated from the yolks and three of them separately on a fine grater. We free the red pepper from seeds and stalks, cut into small cubes.

Lay the salad base on a platter. We give it the shape of the head of Santa Claus in a hat. We lay out the beard with protein. The face is yolk. The rim of the cap is again with protein. And the hat itself - red pepper. Don't forget the white pom-pom at the tip of the hat. We insert the nose from a tomato, and the eyes from prunes.

Christmas toy is one of my favorite New Year's salads. And all because it is prepared simply, but looks impressive. It can be prepared annually, regardless of the change of the Symbols of the Year.

Because, we decorate it in the form of a bright Christmas tree toy. But the dish has its own zest - it's onion confiture. What is it and why is it needed, read below.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. boiled chicken fillet;
  • 300 gr. boiled carrots;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • 200 gr. hard cheese;
  • 2 medium onions (red);
  • 1 st. l. Sahara;
  • 1 large apple;
  • 1 can of green peas;
  • 150 gr. mayonnaise;
  • 150 gr. sour cream;
  • herbs, salt.

Cooking process:

The products needed for the salad are prepared in advance.

  • Boiled chicken cut into pieces.
  • Carrots are boiled. Half of it is rubbed with a fine grater, the other part is cut into circles for decoration.
  • We separated the yolks from the proteins and rubbed them separately with a grater.
  • The onion is cut into half rings.
  • Grated apple and cheese.
  • The greens are finely chopped.

First, prepare the onion confiture. Because, after cooking, it must cool. In general, it can be bought, but it is expensive. It is easy to prepare, so it is better to cook at home.

In a heated pan with oil, put onions, pour sugar. We salt a little. Simmer over low heat until golden brown. This process takes 15-20 minutes. At the same time, it is covered with a caramel crust (caramelized).

Onion for cooking confiture is taken only red. It can be made for future use and used to make salads and sandwiches. It turns out very tasty.

We make sauce for dressing. To do this, mix mayonnaise with sour cream and add garlic, passed through the garlic. In separate cups, mix this sauce with apple and cheese.

We collect the dish. Layer it up:

  • 1 layer - chopped chicken meat. We draw a light mesh with sauce.
  • 2 - boiled carrots;
  • 3 - apple mixed with sauce;
  • 4 - onion confiture;
  • 5 - egg white with a mesh of mayonnaise;

  • mayonnaise - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots. Grate vegetables and eggs.

Ingredients for making New Year's salads

Firstly, high-quality olive or other vegetable oil, homemade or factory mayonnaise, a variety of vegetables: fresh and boiled; boiled meat, boiled pork, all kinds of cheese from brynza to parmesan, boiled chicken eggs, crab sticks, crackers, various nuts and the like.   2. Boil hard-boiled (10 minutes from boiling) chicken eggs, abruptly transfer from boiling water to cold water, peel, wash off the small remains of the shell so that it does not crunch on your teeth later, and cut into cubes.
  3. Peel the boiled carrots, cool and cut into cubes too.
  4. Pickled cucumbers can be peeled if it is rough, or you can, by removing their tips, also cut into cubes.
  5. Onions can not be introduced into the Soviet-style Olivier salad, but rarely will anyone go for it. A compromise can be scalding chopped onions with boiling water.
  6. Mimosa salad layers recipe:

  • the first layer - chopped egg whites - mayonnaise;
  • the second layer - grated cheese - mayonnaise;
  • the third layer - chopped fish from canned food - mayonnaise;
  • fourth layer - chopped onion - mayonnaise;
  • fifth layer - crumb of crushed yolk - mayonnaise;
  • the sixth layer - sprinkling with chopped fresh herbs;

  • mayonnaise - 200 grams;
  • fresh garlic - 2 large cloves.

According to the recipe for cheese salad with garlic, cook like this:

  1. Hold the processed cheese for a short time in the freezer to harden, but make sure that it does not freeze - it will crumble.
  2. Slices fresh garlic peel, skip the turn of the garlic press and add to the grated processed cheese.
